★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took Jeff for his 1st vet visit! He's almost 3 but his dad passed away and we don't know if he'd ever been to a vet. Jeff was found to be in good health and we hope to keep him that way. Dr. Cole and all the vet techs were very nice. Thank you everybody!
July 16 · Joy MarieI have no real complaints other than I wish I could have gotten my dogs vaccine done without a visit fee because I was just there the week prior for rabies vaccination. The apartment complex I applied for requires more than just rabies vaccination so I had to come back for more and now I have to come back again in two weeks for the booster. That’s one way to get a lot of money out of one pet. The people are nice but there was no give when I comes to price.
August 17 · Stacey FordLovely staff and front desk. I really wanted to like the place, however they will try to overcharge you for unnecessary extras. My dog was slowly changing food, so clearly it was an issue where I need to simply change her diet. Instead, I was shown that it will cost $1250 to check her. It’s very sad when companies like this will try to take advantage. Go somewhere else as it’s a rip off unfortunately.
August 19 · Demi-Rose HillTechnician and front desk were both very nice. However it was a big surprise at all the new fees and the obvious upsells throughout the visit - especially from the doc. What used to be a $60-100 visit for vaccinations is now $420 and constant suggestive selling. The mandatory exam (1 minute of looking at ears, eyes, teeth etc. is not worth $90). Not to forget following us out to the cashier because he (conveniently) forgot to touch my dog’s stomach - only to try to sell a spay package. Gotta love capitalism, I’ll likely take my business elsewhere.
August 03 · Robby WagnerI don’t write reviews, but the experience I had here was nothing short of terrible and don’t want others to be treated the same. I’ll start off by saying I look relatively young, and I was most definitely treated that way during the visit. I brought my cat in for an overall wellness exam because she’s seemed distant and possibly stressed recently due to moving and getting a second cat. I left more appalled than anything, and I got zero answers.I told the vet tech (don’t remember her name because no one introduced themselves) all of my cat’s known history, including a major surgery she had a few months ago, to which i was immediately shamed for and made to feel like I was incompetent as a cat parent. I also explained how the process of getting a new cat has been and asked for any advice she had about helping them get along better. She said, “yeah I have no suggestions” and was very rude. To me, that’s ridiculous. Then the doctor comes in. He seems like he’s never been around a human being in his life, very awkward. Immediately he asks if I’ve ever had a cat before, in a condescending way. I answer yes and he laughs under his breath and says “oh but not multiple” as if he were shaming me. Aside from that, after explaining everything once again, the only “medical advice” I got from him was a story he told me about his own cat. Then goes on to passive aggressively say that I never should’ve gotten a second cat and that my cats quality of life is not good (which is FAR from true). Again, I ask for advice about the two cats, and he just looks at the vet tech and says nothing, both of them trying not to laugh. All I got from him was “they might get along but maybe not.” My cats are not aggressive to one another, just occasional bickering. All I was asking was how to reduce that. Didn’t get help.I did get a free first exam, but still had to pay a fee for “medical supplies” when all he did was feel her stomach and check her teeth. The vet tech asked ME to weigh her on the scale, as well. All of these “professionals” need to be reported, because this was absolutely unacceptable.
