★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Coletti is by far the smartest & kindest veterinarian I have ever met (in 30 years of bringing my pets to various vets all over NYC).Dr. Coletti is the BEST vet in NYC!!!We ONLY schedule appointments for Dr. Coletti to treat our pets now because she’s truly exceptional and trust her judgement.Linda, our 2 year old Cavalier adores her too! 🐶😺😺Front desk staff are friendly & quick to check us in & out.
June 28 · Miriam CarothersBeen going to PAWSitive since 2014 ever since I got my super cool best friend. My super cool best friend also has a super cool aunt that ended up working there a few years later as a vet tech.Everyone there is super helpful, nice, gracious and deals with a lot of caca poopoo.I highly recommend. They also recommend calling or emailing to set up schedules.
March 03 · Hermes ArriolaMy cat is 20 years old so I am usually nervous about exposing her to new people or putting her through a lot of stress. Dr. Colletti and the vet techs here are always extremely gentle with her even when she gets cranky. Dr. Coletti is very knowledgeable and she really has your pet's best interest in mind. All the staff there are wonderful and it's very clean. Not that it matters business wise but the office has a very early 90s type of feel that I like and that is a bonus.
September 04 · Corey KennThis place is a nasty joke for a “vet” , I do not recommend the vet named Dr.Perry. She is not a nice vet and she lies a lot. I bought my dog who is a puppy last month because he hurt his hind leg. That Monday before she even did any casting or splinting she said I need to see an orthopedic surgeon and it would cost between $6,500-8,000. I came back the Tuesday so he could see this same vet again. No proper communication on what to expect I am running back and forth with vet visits all for a minor injury. She spoke my whole dogs business in the waiting room for anyone to hear and was so rude and condescending when talking to me as if I wouldn’t understand what she is doing for my dog.I do not recommend this place at all, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Very unprofessional and rude to pet parents. If I could give zero stars I would.P.S: After the crazy input from that quack of a vet Dr.Perry who wanted me to spend $22 every recheck visit for my dogs cast, who also wanted me to see an orthopedic surgeon FOR NO REASON and spend “$6,500-8000” according to her. I made sure to watch and monitor my dog’s cast and we were able to remove it on our own after a month. He is back to normal and walking again perfectly fine imagine if I wasn’t a nurse and didn’t have common sense and knowledge of bones and took my dog to a surgeon and spent unnecessary money and time. What a joke of a clinic.
October 19 · Tia SThe veterinarians and staff at Pawsitive are the absolute best and took fantastic care of my little girls. Toward the end of one of their lives when my girl had a number of different chronic illnesses and vitamin deficiencies, Dr. Perry kept finding therapies that helped to stabilize her and give her a few more weeks of quality time at home. The staff there are really helpful, vet visits are quick with very little waiting (which is great for pets who get stressed at the vet), and they really care about the people and animals that they serve. I can't recommend them enough
