★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The vet, nurse and receptionist were all so lovely and made my puppy’s first visit to the vet, relatively stress free. Everything from vaccines to crate training was explained thoughtfully. The offices are immaculate too. Truly a vet for the modern age.
September 05 · pati devriesEveryone here was very kind and seemed to care about my cat. The office is clean and is a nice place to hang while your pet is being by examined. The doctor was really friendly, and she clearly has a love for animals.I would bring them back, but I did feel like it was a little pushy on the sales side. I was charged almost $70 for a “medical ear cleaning,” which was literally them putting cleaning solution in his ears with a Q-tip several times. $70, really?
September 03 · Mallory KaufmanI’ve brought my two dogs here twice now, and each visit has been such a positive experience. The professionalism and kindness shown to them has been above and beyond what I could have hoped for. The team is warm, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes such a difference. It feels wonderful to have found a vet we can fully trust with our dogs’ care. Highly recommend this fantastic new practice!
August 18 · Olivia GarvinClean and lovely. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. My dog was obviously happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better first visit.
September 04 · Erica WildeIf money is not a problem this place is INCREDIBLE (if money is a problem it is expensive)Pros-Amazing service the staff was extremely kind and the people were wonderful. They were the only vet service available on extreme short notice and really provided my stray kitten with Quality care.Con’s-Definitely overpriced but supply and demand in NYC is a given. Every other vet was booked out weeks Due to Them being more affordable vs This place was not booked and busy due to prices. But it was worth it; I needed to get my cat seen and I bit the bill - But if you can wait $$-wise I’d say go somewhere else
