★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We brought in a new kitten on November 22 for vaccinations and fecal testing we were told the results would be back on Monday, November 25. I called on Monday afternoon and they said he has a parasite and the doctor will call me back I have been calling every day since and all they keep telling me is the doctors not in or she will call me Today is November 29 and I haven’t heard back anything yet, this is a health issue for our kitten And possibly the other cat we have at home. The office staff is nasty and it’s quite obvious the doctor there is not a true vet that cares about animals. This is our kittens health very incompetent clinic I wouldn’t bring my stuffed animal there because if you have an emergency the chances of the doctor calling you back is slim to none, we found a real caring vet. Also gave my 11 wk old kitten a rabies shot yet a real vet told me thats too young they should have waited. They are being reported
December 02 · Kathy CMy dogs and cat love it here. Dr. Baris and Dr. Nalven are amazing, honest, smart, and friendly veterinarians. They always do what is best for my animals.
May 27 · Logan DingusCalled for advice on a newly born fawn on my front stepCatherine knew her stuff...she told me exactly what the mother did and how she will return at sunset. She was right on the money. THANK YOU
February 05 · M SJust a bad experience. It started with their front desk person not being able to read vaccination records. She told me my dog needed 2 more vaccines before she could be spayed. Since Verizon has no service in this area I had to drive three miles out to get a signal to call my vet to verify the records I just gave them. So then I asked if I could turn around and come back for blood work. Instead of just politely telling me that they made a mistake and I can come and get the blood work. I was told that they were closing in 15 minutes and if I can make it there before closing I can get blood work done. If that wasn't bad enough, either them or the lab messed up the blood work and I had to return the following weekend to have the blood work repeated. The icing on the cake is the dog needs a cone so she won't lick stitches (which is not covered in the cost of the surgery). Not having the correct size. The right thing would have been to send the dog home without one. Instead still promptly collected the money and sent her home with one that was too big which we now have to go to PetSmart and buy her a properly fitting one. I'm just happy my dog is alive after this experience.
October 20 · Dr. EricAll of my animals go here. They know them well, and always are interested in doing what's best for them, not how much money they can get. Vin likes them too!
