★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1On August 18, 2025, I got the courage to take my baby to the vet, veterinarian to have her Euthanize, Her name was Tinker Bell. She was 16 years old Yorky terrier. She wasn’t able to walk for about a week started having trouble eating and started to crying, this was one of the hardest decisions my husband and I had to make, but we did, I had called this office five days prior to bringing her in and ask the receptionist what was the price to have her euthanize and cremated? I was given the price and mentioned that I needed a day or two to get my car up to bring her in, So my husband took her I was unable to go , I called and let them know in advance that he was coming and what Services I needed they looked at her name. She has been there before, and I was told he can bring her in right now, we called her Uber and he took her right there. Once he arrived. They were taken to a room and was told the doctor will be with them shortly., I did receive a call from my husband telling me that the clinic was asking for an additional $250 which didn’t make any sense, so I called the office and I was told that she had to speak to the doctor placed on hold. She finally came back and told me and my husband that the doctor refused to do anything unless we paid additional. Money mind you, my baby is crying. She’s in pain and we only had what they told us to. I had to save up. And borrow a few more dollars to get the amount that they originally asked for, needless to say my husband was told to leave with our sick baby, who is crying and in so much pain, I will never ever use veterinarian clinic again, How dare you turn a sick pet away when we had $575 which they had said it cost In the first place, now it’s after 6 PM. He came home we made so many calls trying to find a place. Was unable to first thing in the morning. I took her to the original place that I had use when she was a baby. These people were so compassionate took her in right away., and my sweet baby went to sleep 🐾🌈 and was cremated. I just received her ashes today, but it hurts me so bad that she had to suffer an additional night because you were so uncompassionate. and didn’t put the animal first you put your bank account first you really need to be ashamed of yourself. I am so totally disgusted and I still get sick to my stomach when I think about what you did to her…. This is my baby’s picture
September 01 · KAREN JOHNSON MullerVery friendly, courteous, informative and efficient staff. The office environment is beautiful and professionally decorated. The patience given to the patients and the furry parents was a welcome experience. Thank you for helping me care for my Senior furry babies ❤️💯👍😄
September 03 · Dorothy EaleyWhatever you do, don’t go here. Terrible place. They didn’t give me the full medicine amount I paid for my animal and when I tried to get it they wanted to charge me again. The box they had handed me even says 1 refill. They are a scam. Also very dirty. Whatever you do don’t go there. If you are in the neighborhood and think this place is close, it’s not worth it. Your pet will truly suffer going here. They lie about everything. Truly I can’t believe how much they lie. I thought people who worked at Vets were amazing people but these are people with no conscious and clearly don’t care about animals. Not only do they not care about animals, they must hate them by the way they act. I believe everyone should report this place
August 25 · AMy fur baby— Bluey is a bit of a “frequent flyer” at the vet due to his breed. We’ve travelled across three states and have had great and not so great experiences with vets in the past. Pure Paws has the most genuinely caring staff I’ve seen in awhile. Their pricing is fair and they take the time to answer all your questions and walk through different treatment options and we really appreciate them and all their hard work!
October 09 · Bethlehem GedionHorrible customer service and an obvious agenda to make money and prioritize profit over the wellness of their patients. My cat a patient is unable to visit the vet due to behavioral issues - she’s feral and after 14 years she hasn’t changed. In fact it’s gotten worse.Despite the vet trying to work with us to provide support they disregarded our struggle for support. Once they finally prioritized speaking with us they claimed there was nothing they could do.It’s a shame when a business clear cares more about money than the pets.
