★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love this practice! They take urgent calls seriously and accommodate. They’re punctual and reliable and that’s why I’ve started to move all of my animals over here and will continue to do so with all of them. It’s really appreciated that they always answer the phone and they are always polite and helpful! I know that should always be the norm, but it’s not everywhere. So happy to have found this vet hospital!Update 7/10/2025: another wonderful experience here. My dog broke a tooth and urgently needed dental care and this practice accommodated it and got her in the next day for surgery! Since my original review, I’ve been there 4 more times with more animals and, each time, Dr Baeza and his staff have been wonderful**picture of my 14 y/o for attention**
July 11 · KimfogsCalled in the morning, was taken in an hour later. My buldog had pencil for lunch. After and exray and blodwork, I was told all is fine and dog will pass it on its own.No unnecessary services where offered. No games. It was quick to the point and very helpful. Meds for 4 days were given.Price was manageable too.I loved the doctor and the service provided.I will be back in case my dog decides the pencil is best for lunch agein.
September 03 · Eugene GolubtsovDr B is the best! I literally trust him with my fur babies lives! He has saved the day for my bulldog twice since changing to his practice. The first time he saw her he immediately recognized and eye issue that previous vets never mentioned and stopped her from going blind. Just last week he saved her life with emergency surgery due to pyometria. Everyone in this practice really goes above and beyond and really cares about their patients! Thank you for always keeping my girl safe and healthy!
March 05 · Rachel AndersonTook my car here as she got into my dogs apoquel. They told me the cat had to be checked in immediately after checking her blood work. After three days they said my cat was good to come home. Upon receiving the cat she was acting extremely abnormal. I took her to a different emergency vet for a second opinion. She died later that night. When I called street road animal hospital to ask for he records and let them know she passed they said to me " you should not have brought her here we told you we weren't equipped." They said no such thing and were happy to take my money up front for the three days to keep her there because they recommended she stay for emergency treatment. Why would I leave her there then take her to a different emergency vet.
April 13 · Pete MavrakisI have a very sick cat. I really love Dr. Baeza! But,I must say that Laryn and Jada are very compassionate and nice. There is one lady, here name is Amanda, that i have to rate extremely low, due to the fact that when she is dealing with me she gives a feeling of being inpatient and unpleasant and pushes to finish the conversation. Going to the vet has to be the best experience, especially if your pet is very sick. Unfortunately, I don't get that feeling from her.
