★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The best! Have been meaning to write this review for a while. My husband and I found Dr. Dean some time ago. We had unfortunately not given medication correctly to our fur baby who at the time had some swelling and irritation in her eye. While after a couple days it was kind of status quo my husband had gone out for a couple hours and came home to our poor Willow girls eyes swollen shut almost. Unfortunately our vet was closing and recommended we see about an urgent care. Thankfully we found Dr. Dean and his staff was able to get her in within maybe a half an hour to an hour of us calling. The doctor and tech Maddie did an excellent job communicating and walking us through the medicine what was going on and best actions should it happen again. Recipe d to anyone who has an emergency with their fur baby or even wants a second opinion.
June 09 · Jacqueline O’ConnellWe had such a positive experience with Dr. Kerri today. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really showed that she cared about my dog. The nurse and front desk staff were also welcoming and kind, which made the whole visit stress-free. Highly recommend.
September 05 · rei classGreat experience. Not a true emergency but needed a vet the same day when we couldn’t get an appointment for our dog for 5 days out, right before we were going away for the weekend. It was nothing serious, but she was super itchy and we knew she just needed an allergy shot. We were the first people in and they saw us quickly. Yes more expensive than our vet but that’s to be expected. All in all a good experience, everyone was pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable, and I would use them again. Thank you Urgent Paws!
August 15 · Susan Belej (Sue B)Great experience! A thorough, caring and honest urgent care center and Dr Dean is a sweetheart! Our cat had calcium stones is his bladder and he needed surgery before they caused a life threatening blockage. I felt my sweet baby boy was in such good hands!
March 13 · SLucia24I had to take my dog because he hurt his leg. Dr. Dean and his staff were compassionate and professional. I wound up going back because my dog's GI didn't fair well with the anti-inflammatory prescribed. However, his leg is better and our follow-up visit regarding his stomach went very well. I was very pleased with their services.
