★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.My cat took a vaccine with them in March and she has a record (from previous vet's) with their signature stating that she took her vaccines. They also write when the next one is due. They said she took the vaccine and just gave a receipt to prove and didn't write down when is her next one is due. We're flying to Europe next month and SHE NEEDS the signature of the vet that gave her the FVRV -FCV - FPV Vaccine. The receptionist said that the vet will not sign (WHYYY??? Did my cat actually take it cause I didn't see it).I'm going to a vet to do a EU healthy certificate for traveling, who already told me she needs on her record the signature of the vets she went and VCA was the only one that didn't do it.First time I booked with them they were also late and just when I got there I had the news I have to go another day, because they were busy. Making me and others waste our time.If I could give ZERO I would.Follow the photo where they said they did the last vaccination but didn't want to sign. I was the one who had to ask for the sticker as well. Ridiculous!!!! Other vets also let you stay with your cat for a simple vaccine and I had to wait outside. You can never know if she really got it or not.
April 17 · Lanna LI took my pitbull Sweet Pea because she was having difficulty delivering her pups and they were going to charge me $8,694 to give her a C Section and she died before they did and they still charged me 2,469. My pitbull had one pup alive and I attempted to take care of her but she started thriving less and less. They charged me $400 just to see her and then charged me another $192 for antibiotics instead of telling me that the pup would die before I got her home. They could've just told me that she had no chance to survive. Instead they over charged me to even see her and then charged me another $192 just for antibiotics. And the puppy died less than 20 minutes after I took her away from the hospital. And on top of that, she was bleeding out of her mouth and nose. I didn't bring her bleeding. Shame on VCA. All you guys really care about is money. You don't really care about the animals. I'll never go back. I'm better off keeping my sick animals at home. They have a better chance with me. Smh.😠😡🤬. I guess they believe that only wealthier people should have animals but they can't keep them all. Nor would they. Doctors that don't really care!!!!!
May 19 · O'Letha FordUPDATED 9/12 MiddaySpoke to the manager who was able to clarify the costs and offer a reduction in payments due. It doesn’t make sense to pay 6 more months when 3 months of payments covers the services and vaccines I used during my dog’s time.Still slightly annoyed that the staff have 0 clue about what they are talking about. A lot of back and forth to get to this point (4 calls to this place and Care Club). They should consider a refresh of this policy or lose customers by leaving a sour taste in their mouth.ORIGINAL:Like others have stated VCA only cares about money and shows no sympathy towards your pets at all. READ the contract before signing for VCA Care Club. They force you into a one year contract that isn’t pro-rated or given a monthly option. In my case having to put my dog down due to declining health, they said I would have to pay the balance of the dues on the plan even when I have no dog left to care for.. They said there’s a $50 cancellation fee but then they retracted that statement and said I would have to pay $1200 plus or the balance of $900 for a dog I NO LONGER have. They are money greedy and I cannot recommend this plan.
September 12 · JasonAlex and his team of champions are the best-of-the-best in animal care. They have taken care of my beloved Oliver on and off for all of his life. They are some of Oliver’s and my life’s heroes.
August 24 · Shauna TateVery smoothe. No probs or worries.
