★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It’s been just over a year since my dog was diagnosed with lymphoma. I wanted to say thank you to Shoreline VCA and Dr. T & team. They were so patient, kind, compassionate and most importantly made my Ollie’s nub wiggle even while he was going through chemotherapy. Although we lost him about 6 months later, which we knew was a likely outcome, I wouldn’t trade that time for the world. He was happy, and was able to enjoy another summer and another birthday with us.Any pet parent knows a terminal diagnosis is gut wrenching and emotional, and they were truly the kindest team to work with. They gave me all the facts and allowed me to make the decisions that were best for Ollie without judgement and with compassionate support. After being told pursuing treatment wasn’t worth it from another vet, I am so glad i found Dr. T and she was able to get him seen right away. Most importantly, she made his last 6 months comfortable, always keeping quality of life as number one priority. Even when there doesn’t seem to be hope, make the appointment. I hope i never have to, but I would drive 45 mins to an hour, weekly, again in a heartbeat. There’s no one better.- Ollie’s mom (Laura swiatek)
April 22 · Laura SwiatekI just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you all for the incredible care and kindness you showed during such a difficult and emotional time. From the moment I walked in, everyone—from the front desk staff to the veterinarian—was so compassionate, respectful, and comforting. What was a heartbreaking experience was made more bearable because of how supportive and gentle you all were.I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to be during that moment, and I’m beyond grateful for the way you treated both me and my pet.Thank you again for everything you do—for your compassion, professionalism, and dedication to animals and their families.Johnny Boys Mom. He will be missed.
July 17 · Cristina OrtizI took my dog at 2am because I new he was passing. As I carried him in I noticed he was limp, he still had a heart rate but really gone. The first thing I was ask is do you want us to put him on iv fluids I said no. Let him go in peace he's 17 yrs old. They took him to the back and the lady came out and said yes he's passing. I clearly said I want to be with my dog and when I went to the back and noticed he was gone, the lady gave me my condolences . She said I'm gonna flush his IV line and give you time in a private room with him.I paid for him to be cremated and they tried to charge me for euthanasia, I said he wasn't euthanized she said records say the dr or tech did. These people are charging for things that aren't being done and refuse to release footage to prove otherwise. If she euthanized my dog without authorization this is cruel and disgusting. They are now holding my dog hostage and won't release him to the crematory. These people have no empathy and are upcharging for things they aren't doing.I should've listened to the reviews but didn't want my daughter to wake up to a deceased pet.Rest in peace my beautiful, loyal Lucky 🙏
August 26 · Jasmine ColonWe love the professionalism, care and love that VCA Shoreline offers at any time. Not only have they helped us tremendously with our previous rescue fur baby Chupy Chupy in which unexpectedly and thankfully added years on to her life with us 🫶🏼, we recently rescued a puppy at 8 weeks old, now named Rocky, when he wasn’t doing well and they tested him for the parvovirus in which he unfortunately tested positive for. Dr. Anthony Roccisano and the amazing team there helped us save his life as this virus is very contagious amongst dogs (in which we already have two) and is life threatening. I am extremely happy to post that Rocky is alive and thriving and just turned 4 months old and living his best life in a healthy and happy manner with his two sisters and us. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
June 13 · Lisa M DaubenhauserI just want to say thank you to the staff of this vet hospital. I didn't know I was gonna have to put my dog down but despite that the staff were incredibly patient and helpful during my difficult time. They took care of my dog Luna and ran all sorts of tests, told me what was going on with her and what to expect in terms of treatment and costs which was appreciated because they were very transparent. They gave me my space so I could spend my final moments with my Luna before putting her to sleep and sending her to doggy heaven. R.I.P Luna
