★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Having recently moved to Rhode Island I needed to find a vet for my two dogs. One dog needed ACL surgery and both dogs needed annual vaccinations. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with everything from the start to the finish from the receptionist to the doctor from the actual office. Everything was phenomenal. It was the best move. I could possibly have made for my pets. Thank you so much and I will continue to see you on a regular basis.
April 25 · Carol PederzaniThis office has exceptional doctors and support staff. Efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. We have been going to them for many years. They have always taken excellent care of my many animals. My dog Ida loves them all.
March 31 · Carla DavisWow…so disappointed…at this time BEWARE… lots of new staff and it’s the blind leading the blind😩 from website not working to new staff charging too much and then not able to get appts when u need them… Really kaotic!!!Great doctors: Dr green, Dr levy, Dr Otis, Dr lopes and Dr troup…I’m sure this is stressing them out!I would give them 5 stars but this all new staff can’t handle the volume at all..I’ve been at this place for over 30 years this was an older review… and they provided absolutely great care:Fabulous doctors! Great staff! Quite busy clinic too. They took my dog in and found the real problem with her allergies. At 12 she’s enjoying her senior years now.The reason for 4 stars.. getting refill medications is challenging and dr’s aren’t allowed to call in refills to pharmacy if they don’t have med… you have to go and pick up paper scripts at office 🤷♀️???
August 02 · Maureen PlaceWashington County has taken excellent care of our 3 cats. Dr Green listened to my concerns and through her thorough care, she discovered Athena's unusual cancer and began treatment which gave us the priceless gift of 27 wonderful months with our dearest girl. I'm thankful every single day for their dedication, compassion, and care.
August 20 · Tracy KnightVery unqualified vets and staff at this practice. Training is beyond needed. Witnessed them forgetting to give a dog their vaccine while waiting in the lobby (had to take them back again). And they tried to overdose our dog by trying to give them the same vaccine they had previously received due to failure to read records correctly. They book 20 minute appointments and tell you that they don’t have time to talk about anything-rushing you for money. The vet doesn’t believe in diagnosing dogs, for example stated dogs cannot get diabetes…and constantly lie. Their staff called us with a very rude tone and blamed us instead. They also lie trying to hide their shady practices. They are using AI for taking notes instead of typing them out, but the system doesn’t record if they try and read notes on the computer, therefore missing most conversation. If you care about your dog please take them elsewhere. This practice is a bully who will never take responsibility for their actions and will blame you, the customer, in a very snarky and condescending manner. They have a low star rating on Yelp for a reason - very much do not recommend.
