★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Park and her amazing staff are absolute lifesavers! My 9-month-old puppy suddenly couldn’t eat or poop, and it turned out he had swallowed a piece of a plastic water bottle. Dr. Park quickly diagnosed the problem and safely removed it. Thanks to her skill and care, my puppy is back to his happy, healthy self. From the front desk to the techs to Dr. Park herself, everyone treated us with kindness, patience, and professionalism. I am beyond grateful for the excellent care they provided. If you are looking for a vet who truly goes above and beyond for pets and their people, I can’t recommend Dr. Park and Dr. Matt and their team enough! Thank you for being there for us again! We love you! 🐾❤️
August 27 · joy valenzaMy visit to Wood Ranch Animal Hospital was for my elderly dog, Daisy, who was having trouble breathing. I called on a Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment that same afternoon. Matt P., DVM, was Daisy’s veterinarian. He performed a basic checkup, and her vitals were good, but Daisy’s anxiety made it difficult for him to assess her breathing. He recommended X-rays, which we were prepared to do. Matt couldn’t identify any significant issues during the visit, so we had to wait for the radiologist’s results. Unfortunately, the timing of this situation coincided with an international trip we had planned. Daisy’s condition gradually worsened. On the following Monday, Matt emailed the radiologist’s results, which were not good. He clearly outlined all our options and their associated costs in the email. I cannot overstate how amazing Matt was in helping me decide what to do for Daisy. By the evening before our trip, it was clear what I had to do. I called the office that evening and requested an appointment for first thing in the morning, and they were able to accommodate me. I took Daisy in, and as hard and sad as it was, Matt and the staff/nurses did an absolutely amazing job. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience saying goodbye to my Daisy.I highly recommend Wood Ranch Animal Hospital for veterinary care. The clinic is very nice, and the staff is exceptional.
July 21 · Paul CMom of two cats here. Dr. Park and Dr. Matt are really great with animals. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient in decision-making, yet they remain caring, patient, and attentive at all times. The staff is also exceptional, always smiling and accommodating. Vet visits with the cats are not the easiest, but they make me and my cats feel comfortable, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch care. The facility is well-equipped and conveniently located with ample parking. I highly recommend them!
February 26 · Kyoung-Joo Jenny ChoiSo glad I found Chloe Park DVM. She is a wonderful vet ... not only is she extremely skilled but also so kind and supportive. I followed her from where she used to work. My dogs are my sons with tails. She had detected a soft heart murmur on my 13-year-old Maltese a while back and now that it's gotten a bit stronger she has recommended a drug treatment plan. I trust her! She does not perform unnecessary procedures until they are necessary and she keeps costs down. I really appreciate that. My newly adopted Malti-Poo, Eddie, is also under her expert care. So thank you Wood Ranch Animal Hospital!
March 26 · hrach18Dr. Matt Potorti conducted a thorough examination of our 14 year old, 117lb Shepherd/Malamute, Zeke. We brought Zeke in with a variety of issues that were treated during the visit. We are very impressed with the professional care and treatment that Zeke received, as well as the time that Dr. Potorti took to explain everything and answer all of our questions. We are very grateful that Zeke has a such a knowledgeable and caring vet close by.
