★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My husband and I absolutely love coming here! We go visit at least once a week. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about all types of fish - saltwater and freshwater. We’re starting out on our fish journey and he has been the biggest help. The owner is very personable too and really knows his customers. The prices are unmatched, not to mention how healthy the aquatic life and plants are!
April 07 · Jamie LeeGreat place to pick up that only fish but a lot of knowledge he is very knowledgeable and sharing to get you going and keep you going when you find yourself in a little trouble like I have many times!! He’s awesome
July 09 · Emanuel ColeAngelo's is a hidden gem. Nestled in the back of a low key shopping center, Angelo's has a wide range of high quality supplies and livestock at really good prices, even compared to big box stores. I've bought a few livestock here and all have come home happy and healthy. It's also great that Angelo himself is very knowledgeable and friendly - I find myself coming up with excuses to go visit to see his tanks and chat. Highly recommend for the serious fishkeeper in the Durham area!
August 21 · Nick FieldAngelo is awesome! He has a great selection of fish plants and accessories.Very knowledgeable and helpful. He is always happy to see me when I stop in. He helped me set up my first saltwater tank. It is doing great! I have been to several fish stores in the surrounding areas. By far the best! Im thankful that he has my back with any of my aquatic needs!
June 28 · Brian HornerAngelo is a fantastic resource for local hobbyists, no matter your level of expertise. He was one of the first fish shops I visited when I began my hobby a little over a year ago and he definitely helped me off to a great start. I've been in his shop many times now and what I notice the most is that no matter who comes through the door, he greets everyone with a warm smile and conversation. Sincerely interested in their success in the hobby. Along with some interesting fish, I've purchased a nice tank (Fluval Flex 32.5), food, meds, and cleaning accessories from Angelo. I can't recommend him highly enough so go visit the shop and see for yourself.
