★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If your cat will only eat fancy feast with the gravy center, you're not going to find it here,It also looks like rite aid in the months before that went out of business. Only rite aid didn't have a bunch of oblivious people with unruly dogs, on 75 foot leashes, acting as moving tripwires.
August 21 · vanessa hoyesenOk. This is the stupidest front of a building I have ever seen. What is the purpose of any of these railings and stairs that lead to false doors??!?!! The inside of the store seemed crowded and empty all at the same time. Maybe it was because they didn't have anything that I wanted. So basically everyone buys the same thing and they don't seem to account for that and order more? Idk. Supply chain is hard. Employees were very nice and helpful but they were all standing at the register and since the signs in the store suck it would have been nice for someone to be on the floor to help with finding things.
January 12 · Mindy ParkerWe bought 30 mosquito fish, and 9 were dead before we got home??? The woman at the store said most of them die and dissuaded us from buying them at the point of sale? After the initial 9 died, the rest, are in good condition.... 9 are in the freezer.
August 25 · Andrea DamianoWarning : DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. The reason they have so much availability for appointments is because they overbook and force the dogs to sit for HOURS in crates to wait to be groomed. Multiple customers that day also explained they waited up to FIVE hours. Not because their animals were thoroughly being groomed but because it turns out our dogs were just forced in cramped crates without water while they waited their turn . For hours. The experience my dog endured while at this location for grooming haunts me and I feel terrible ever giving them a chance. My dog has never had a reaction after a grooming appointment anywhere and after here she was shaken, nervous and had accidents from those nerves. How do I know? I decided to work at the next door coffee shop and stopped in two and a half hours into the appointment (so TWO AND A HALF HOURS from dropping my dog off) to do a little shopping while I waited. MY DOG WAS STILL IN THE CRATE THEY PUT HER IN. She hadn’t even been touched yet. This place needs to be shut down.
June 25 · Courtney BensonThis store shows every sign of poor management and lazy, unmotivated staff. Went in to get Vet's Best Ear Relief Wash & Dry for Dogs, which the website was in stock. Not only was it not in stock, the entire shelf section looked as if it had been emptied by smash-and-grab thieves whose dogs had severe ear problems. Elsewhere in the store, the same undisciplined approach to stocking and display aesthetic was evident. Even the refrigerators had jumbled merchandise and looked like the last time fingerprints were cleaned from the glass doors was months ago. But I will say, the employees looked happy, which must be attributed to extreme oblivousness that keeps them from using up the energy needed to do their jobs.
