Animal Dermatology Clinic Introduce

June 12 · Michael CodyVery very expensive. Only go here if absolutely necessary.I liked the vet and the vet technician who went over quote/pricing with me. The vet was thorough and took good care of my pet.The reason for the poor review is the customer service is not very good. I was notified about my dogs skin testing results and the person on the phone was supposed to call in the prescription to Costco for antibiotics and never did. After waiting in a long line at the Costco pharmacy, I was told the prescription was never called in. Wasted my time and now I have to go back again. When I called back, I was told they are busy with "communications", whatever that means.Just expected better for a $900 visit.
May 06 · Somyata NagpalAt the time, our 2-year-old golden retrieverstarted developing allergies. We were taking him to our local vet every 3 to 6 months, having to put him on antibiotics, as well as giving him an allergy shot. He would get horrible dryness and itchiness around his paws, which ultimately led to him licking his paws raw. Not only that he started developing dryness around his nose and eyes. After about a year of trying to figure out if allergies were food related or not our local vet recommended the Animal Dermatology Clinic in Tustin.Dr Muse and his team were so helpful. They helped to diagnose my dog and turns out he has environmental allergies. It took about 4 months to get his allergies under control but now we are able to maintain his allergies with a vaccine which we give him every two weeks. He is so happy now and so are we.It was a little pricey at first to get him tested as well as up to speed with the vaccine, but honestly, I think we would have spent more in the long run with all the appointments we had at our local vet along with all the medicine to treat his symptoms from his allergies.
April 17 · Melinda StachowiakDr. Rosencrantz was recommended to me by a good RVT about 8 years ago. She attended one of his lectures in Las Vegas at a veterinary conference, and really liked what she heard. He’s excellent and never rushes. Always will take time for you. My dog has been doing so well, with 2 dermatology issues. People can’t believe he’s 10, and a lot of that has to do with the expertise of Dr. Rosencrantz.
July 29 · Chris GaianI wouldn’t wish the experience we had at Tustin Animal Dermatology on anyone. We started bringing our Doberman, Max, here in October 2024 and spent thousands and thousands of dollars, trusting they could help. Instead, we were met with nothing but disappointment and frustration.Max was stuck in a cone for over three months, doped up on a cocktail of medications that did absolutely nothing to help his skin. We followed every single care instruction to the letter — and still, no progress. It became painfully obvious that they saw us as nothing more than a paycheck. There was no real effort to dig deeper or adjust his treatment plan; they just kept throwing the same solutions at us while Max continued to suffer. What makes it even worse is that no one from their office ever bothered to check in on him — not a single call. They took our money and moved on, leaving us feeling helpless. When we finally had enough and drove all the way to Beverly Hills for a second opinion, Max started improving within a week. A week! After months of needless suffering and wasted money at Tustin.Save yourself and your pet the heartbreak. This place is a factory — not a care facility. I would never recommend Tustin Animal Dermatology to anyone who actually cares about the well-being of their pet.
