Veterinary Cancer Group Reviews
The first time I came here was back in 2017.The Receptionists, Assistants, Doctors, everyone, are true salt-of-the-earth good people. I wouldn't think of taking the loves of our lives anywhere else and I'm grateful we live within a tolerable distance to the facility. All of the staff here are phenomenal! My Father's dog, about 12½year old Lab/Chow Mix, named Kona (The Goat, Prettiest Girl in the World, etc), had been diagnosed with Bone Cancer (Osteosarcoma). We did Radiation and I don't recall what all else until we had to have her put to sleep 8½ months later. We miss her immensely...At that same timeframe my dog, a Lab/Cattledog mix, Junior (aka Baby-J, etc), was also diagnosed with Cancer. Rectal, of sorts as well. It was discovered and diagnosed very early so surgery was performed at a neighboring facility and Dr. Sebastian was great there as well. Junior had been doing great but in late 2024 his butt cancer had returned. He was also confirmed to have Bone Cancer so at very close to 17 years old, I know I don't have much time left with him. Also, I'm late 2017 we adopted a shelter Lab/Mix and named her Suzie-Q. She was a literal godsend after losing Kona but unfortunately in 2019 we discovered an abdominal Cancerous Growth. We had to have her put to sleep in late 2020.With the help of our GPs and the Cancer Vet group, I know we've done all we can for our Babies.None of this has been easy but with a top notch facility like this, we know we did everything we could.I can't thank these people enough and I know they understand how much they all really mean to me and my Late Father.
