At Home Veterinary Services Introduce
In a city where time is precious and pets can easily become stressed by travel and crowded waiting rooms, At Home Veterinary Services provides a truly invaluable alternative for New York pet owners. This practice is built on a simple yet profound concept: bringing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care directly to your doorstep. Led by the highly respected Dr. Jonathan Leshanski, a seasoned and kind veterinarian, this service eliminates the anxiety often associated with a trip to the clinic. For animals who are fearful, senior, or have mobility issues, a house call makes all the difference, allowing them to receive essential medical attention in a familiar and calming environment. The practice offers a comprehensive range of services, from routine wellness checks and vaccinations to more complex illness exams and long-term care management. This holistic approach ensures that pets can receive consistent, quality care throughout their lives without ever having to leave the comfort of their home. For pet parents, the convenience of a mobile vet service is a major benefit, saving them time and the logistical challenges of transporting their animal. At Home Veterinary Services embodies a modern, stress-free model of veterinary medicine that prioritizes the comfort and well-being of the animal above all else. Dr. Leshanski's genuine love for animals and dedication to their care is a core principle of the practice, making him a trusted partner for countless pet owners across the city.
The profound impact of At Home Veterinary Services is best illustrated by the heartfelt testimonials from their clients. One reviewer, whose blind cat, Tarta, is distrustful of most people and hates to travel, shared that she "loves Dr. Leshanski, who is always gentle with her." This personal connection and trust highlight the compassionate care that is the hallmark of the practice. This client's decision to continue using Dr. Leshanski for their new kittens is a powerful testament to the confidence he inspires. Another review, a deeply emotional one, recounts a "desperate call" on a Saturday morning when a pet parent was facing the hardest day of their lives. The team, including Emily and Dr. Leshanski, responded with "urgency and compassion," providing support and helping their dog "chase squirrels across the rainbow bridge." This review not only showcases the service's availability and responsiveness in a crisis but also their exceptional empathy during the difficult process of in-home euthanasia. The comfort of being able to say a final goodbye in a loving home environment, rather than a sterile clinic, is a service that is both rare and deeply appreciated. Dr. Leshanski's commitment to making such a difficult experience peaceful and dignified is a testament to his character and the mission of his practice. These stories demonstrate that At Home Veterinary Services is more than just a convenient service; it's a team of caring professionals who go above and beyond for their clients and their pets, building relationships based on trust, kindness, and unwavering support.

## What Is Worth Choosing At Home Veterinary Services
Choosing a veterinarian is a deeply personal decision, and for New Yorkers, At Home Veterinary Services offers a compelling and compassionate alternative to the traditional clinic model. The most significant benefit is the in-home service itself. This approach instantly removes the anxiety and stress that many animals experience when being transported and placed in a new, unfamiliar environment. For a pet, being examined in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by familiar sights and smells, makes the experience far more positive. The review about the blind cat, Tarta, who is distrustful of most people, loving Dr. Leshanski is a perfect example of how this service fosters trust and reduces stress. This personalized care also means Dr. Leshanski gets to observe your pet's behavior in their natural setting, which can provide valuable insights into their health and well-being that might be missed in a clinic.
Beyond the convenience and reduced stress, the clinic’s commitment to compassionate care, particularly during the most difficult moments, is what truly sets them apart. The emotional review about the in-home euthanasia service highlights a level of empathy and support that is rare and invaluable. The ability to say a final goodbye in a loving home environment, surrounded by family, is a gift that provides immense comfort during a time of grief. Dr. Leshanski and his team’s responsiveness and willingness to go "above and beyond" for a non-regular client demonstrate a deep-seated commitment to their profession. This is not just a business; it's a mission to provide care with kindness and dignity. The convenience of an online pharmacy and services like nutritional counseling and parasite control further add to the holistic and user-friendly nature of the practice. For any New York pet parent seeking a caring, professional, and uniquely convenient veterinary service, At Home Veterinary Services is not just a great choice—it is a choice that will provide comfort and peace of mind for both you and your beloved animal.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This review is long overdue. Dr. Leshanski is our beloved vet whom we trust completely and have recommended to many friends. He has cared for our blind cat Tarta for almost seven years and we could not be happier with the results. She would hate to travel to a veterinary office and is distrustful of most people, but she loves Dr. Leshanki, who is always gentle with her. Now that we have recently added two kittens to our household, there is no question that Dr. Leshanski will remain our primary and most trusted vet. Thank you so much, Dr Leshanski, for your kindness and thoughtfulness; our kitties are grateful to have you!
February 27 · Maria ElekidouEmily answered our desperate call early on a Saturday morning and was so sweet, her sense of urgency and compassion was exactly what we needed. Dr. Leshanski made himself available on a moments notice on the hardest day we’ve ever had as dog pawrents. At Home Veterinary Services went above and beyond, we could not have asked for a sweeter and more loving team to help our Cuda chase squirrels across the rainbow bridge. Thank You Emily & Dr. Leshanski. A+++ 💯🤎🐻🤎
January 19 · Jeffrey SwartDr. Leshanski came to our home to help our very ill cat peacefully transition after being recommended by a neighbor. I recommend Dr. Leshanski and his office without reservation to anyone who finds themselves in this same sad position. He was empathetic, patient, and kind, and the cost of services was about the same as it would have been to take our cat to her normal vet -- but without the stress of a car ride and spending her final moments in a location that she has always associated with fear. We didn't want to have to call Dr. Leshanski, but given that we had to, he was the right call.
November 18 · Nell HanlonDr. Leshanski and his wife Emily are outstanding people and are an asset to the pet-owning community in NYC. Dr. Leshanski is an incredible veterinarian, and his services are first-rate. He took care of our 2 cats and 1 dog over 5 years with the love and compassion that I had not seen in the money-mill experience of other vet clinics in NYC. He was available for urgent care needs and same-day appointments. He was upfront about the cost of services, which considering the level of service the cost was always 100% reasonable. I never had sticker shock. His compassion truly shined as my fur babies turned into seniors and they were able to age with dignity and comfort. As their times came, they spent their last moments cuddled with me in their home, and not terrified and a strange vet clinic. I will always appreciate the care he took of them, and me, during those difficult times.
August 24 · Elizabeth HoltIf you got to this review because you are looking for a dignified way to say farewell to your beloved pet, I know how hard this is. It is one of the most agonizing decisions. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful Dachshund Kala. We made the decision on a Friday evening and called for a Saturday appointment late in the evening. Emily took our call and was incredibly compassionate and arranged the appointment with Dr. Leshanski. Dr. Leshanski made the trip uptown on a Saturday afternoon (at no additional charge, unlike one other vet who seemed rather inconvenienced by the prospect of having to work on a weekend). He made the procedure as bearable as humanly possible. He was respectful, professional and compassionate and it was clear that he did everything he did to minimize the suffering and pain for both Kala and us. Thank you for being there for us.
