★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Horrendous customer service. Extraordinarily expensive memberships they claim cover all these extra tests, until you need them - then nothing is covered. Just now they said I needed a very expensive test outside of my membership, my mother just confirmed my dog already had this test two weeks ago. So they clearly don’t care about the animals that we would die for. My dog needs emergency care and we’ve had tests for weeks and nothing has improved. This is the urgent care of “pet hospitals” no one here cares about helping at all, and their customer service is horrendous. I watched as my mother called repeatedly and then saw the front desk LOWER THE VOLUME / SILENCE THE CALL. She had to call back to back to back just to update the information to my name. My family’s money has been wasted as my dog only gets worse with no answers. Oh and I’m writing this as we wait for help in the office (it’s been 30 minutes) Go anywhere else.
September 12 · Kai GianinoAs usual, Dr. Brew brings excellent care to any location that is blessed to have het presence. I called Friday afternoon and was able to schedule a tech visit for an injection the following Monday. I travel 50 minutes to this location bypassing at least ten others that attempted to schedule the tech visit 3- 6 weeks out. I'm positive that her presence brings a level of order to wherever she is assigned. Dr. Brew amd the entire team are amazing.
August 20 · Agnes PayadueBiko has been a Banfield Pet Baby since we brought him home when her was 12 weeks old. The Vets and intake staff are awesome and very diligent about the care given to each fur baby that comes through the door. I love that we can go to any Banfield hospital. The preventive care plans are so reasonable as well as the hotline for emergency advice.
June 04 · Antoinette ShervingtonI’ve been with banfield since 2015 in various US locations CA, VA, and NY. When I returned to NY my faith in banfield was destroyed. The Valley stream and New Hyde park locations were horrendous, I could never get anyone on the phone and the staff were rude; I canceled my subscription service - The only reason I re-subscribed is because of the Farmingdale Seven Daughters location. I live in Western Nassau and drive 40min to the farmingdale location. I have always been able to get a timely appointment, the ladies behind the counter are top tier, and the docs give it to you straight. My dog has had two surgery’s there and I am the happiest dog dad around. As a first responder I’ve canceled, changed appointments, and been in rough moods at times but the staff at this location always find a way to help. I couldn’t recommend a better location. Also why not the decorations they put up here and there really bring it together. The service is worth my commute.
July 03 · DomAbsolutely wonderful place. You can feel it when you walk in the door. They couldn't have been better with me and my family during such a difficult time. Staff was so sweet and kind. They gave us all the time we needed with our cat before he was put down due to his age and health issues. Bea was AMAZING. I love her. Dr. Bullock was so nice and caring. Betsy was wonderful as well, made sure we were ok and brought us water and even gave me a hug when I picked up his ashes. All the staff was nice! They also mailed a card to my house the staff wrote in with his paw print which was so nice. I will 100% be bringing my other cats here. Highly recommend.
