April 19 · daren copelandIf I could honestly give 0 stars I would. So the first time I didn't complain but this time it's just annoying. We came here years back with our loving boy cat when he was having some issues and was slowly passing away. They turned us away. We ended up driving over an hour for another vet to help us. Fast forward to today my boyfriend called having a question about our girl cat we've had for almost 8 months. They couldn't answer anything and turned us away yet again because they're not accepting new patients. Why be open? Or why not advertise that you guys just simply don't help or are not even willing to. I'm not really one to complain but I don't see how they're still in business. Go anywhere else where your time and your loving baby will be prioritized.Update: so yesterday after I wrote my review I decided I was going to call them stating (nicely) they should say they’re not accepting new patients. Darlene was at the “front desk” and honestly she was rude. She tried turning the problem back on me. She was beating around the bush and trying to make it seem like I was the problem. “I should have this, I should have that”. She stated they could only give out general information and not advice..okay well she didn’t even answer the general questions. The way she was talking to me I really wanted to break out of character but I’m not going to stoop down to her level. Please go anywhere else where you and your concerns will be taken seriously instead of some “lady” trying to play the blame game.Go spend your hard earned money some where else. Obviously this place doesn’t care about how they treat their customers so I highly doubt they’d give your loving animal the attention and care they deserve.
June 25 · Karina Dthe best vet ever! I drive 25 minutes when I have 800 vets in my town- just because of the staff. Dr Brian and his staff are absolutely amazing. Always extremely accommodating and always trying to help my problem dog lol. I can’t recommend them enough to people.
March 31 · Courtney CastelliThey're able to squeeze me in when needed and they're always happy to answer my stupid questions when I call! Dr. Brian and the rest of the staff are always friendly and care a lot about my pets.
June 25 · Ciara Stella-HansonRude receptionist should learn some etiquette on how to deal/speak with customers. You just opened and you have an attitude. Such a poor way to lose a customer due to someone’s impoliteness and poor mannerisms.
