This hybrid model allows for greater flexibility and accessibility for pet parents. Beyond their service offerings, the clinic prides itself on being a women-owned business that is welcoming and inclusive to all. Identifying as LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space, Bond Vet - Paramus aims to create a comfortable environment for every member of the community, which is a significant factor for many New Jersey residents when choosing a service provider.
The clinic's approach to pet care is also defined by its use of modern technology and a focus on transparency. From the moment you book your appointment, the process is streamlined and user-friendly. The on-site pharmacy, for example, is a major convenience that saves clients an extra trip to a separate pharmacy after a visit. The clinic's commitment to creating a clean and updated office environment is also consistently noted in customer feedback, which contributes to a more pleasant and less stressful experience for both pets and their owners. The staff, from the receptionists to the doctors and nurses, are consistently described as kind, caring, and compassionate, making sure that each visit is not only medically sound but also emotionally supportive. This blend of cutting-edge care and heartfelt compassion is what makes Bond Vet - Paramus a standout choice for local pet owners.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my dog for the first time when they first opened up I loved them since day one I was actually the first one to leave a review which I never really do. I bought a house and moved 2 hours away but did not trust anyone to neuter my dog. When I tell you I was scared and so nervous! Nurse Jodie was amazing in reassuring me they texted me updates and Dr Jimenez is the sweetest too. He’s doing so well. I will always recommend this location! Thank you guys for taking care of my boy.
August 12 · Angelica MariaHands down best place to take your fur baby. Clean & updated office & exam rooms. Dr. Tiburcio & the nurse were so sweet, caring, & compassionate about their patients, my dog loved them. I mentioned to the nurse that I was scared to clip his nails because the one time I tried I cut too far & made him bleed so she trimmed his nails while she took him to get his vaccines. Love that they have a pharmacy on location so I didn’t have to make another trip to the pharmacy. The receptionist was also welcoming & friendly. Got a tote bag & tooth brush after the visit which was a nice touch.
July 19 · carolyn wardWe’ve had an excellent experience at Bond Vet Paramus. The doctors and staff are incredibly kind and compassionate with our fur baby. Each visit over the past few months has been met with outstanding care, professionalism, and warmth. The veterinarians are thorough, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain all treatment options without any pressure. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to their patients. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care!
February 27 · S CThis is a great veterinary clinic in a convenient location. I loved how easy it was to schedule the appointment online. The office is well decorated and very clean. Most importantly, Dr Bortz is an excellent, experienced veterinarian who really cares about her patients. I trust her judgement and trust her with the care of our pup.
June 02 · Melanie FoleyI took my elderly dog there after she was displaying signs of an ear infection. The doctor told me her ears were fine and it was likely dementia. She told me to “just make her comfortable” and monitor her health and would likely save to make the decision of putting her down based on her quality of life. I went home very upset thinking of having to put her to sleep due to dementia. Picture is what I got out of her ear. Very disappointed and angry with this.
