★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My cat has never been to a fear free clinic before, so this was such an eye opening experience for us both. She was much more relaxed than she's ever been at the vets and the staff were incredibly helpful, didn't beat around the bush, and the payment plan option is actually so much more affordable long term than using care credit for basic care. Now I can keep the care credit for emergencies and I know my cat is getting excellent care. Was especially impressed with Felicia, who went above and beyond for my fur baby--even managed to get her onto a scale of her own accord!--and Dr. Lindsay was fantastic and really helped to ease my worries. Looking forward to having my cat be a patient there long term. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
June 07 · Eeri ADr. Gallagher and team were incredible. I was dealing with a very tough situation, and the whole process was seamless. From getting an appointment same day, to being seen as soon as I arrived, they made my situation a lot easier. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The vet tech that helped us was very kind. Dr. Gallagher was straightforward, professional, understanding, and kind. I can’t say enough good things!!! I was also very happy to see Pride flags adorning the lobby and windows! Highly recommend.
June 12 · Kat DavidsonI never write reviews, but my experience with Boston Veterinary Clinic (specifically the Brookline location) has been bad enough that I don't want anyone else to go through the same. This place is CRIMINALLY expensive. High prices are expected in Boston, but I am now paying essentially half the price at a great vet right around the corner. The price may be justifiable if the care was good, but it was just average or maybe even below. I personally felt that the staff was a bit judgmental and sterile when caring for my dog. I felt like he was just another "customer" to them - not that they truly cared. But this isn't even my main issue with this place. One day completely out of the blue, I received a call from them saying that they were "going through their records" and realized I owed them nearly $300 because they "realized they hadn't charged me properly for several things" when I was there last. I paid in full the amount they told me when I checked out every single time I ever took in my dog. Honestly, I feel that this could be some sort of scam or fraud but I won't go there here. The moral of the story us that this place really will stop at nothing to get every penny they can out of you.

Like this, Dr. Bloom opened up the path to treatment. DR. BLOOM is as kind and powerful as her name is beautiful. Thank you always and forever and SEE YOU SOON, ALWAYS
August 24 · MandyBoston Veterinary Clinic is a huge improvement over our previous vet (VCA). The office was clean and welcoming, every staff member was friendly and helpful, and I had a chance to ask all of my questions. They made it very easy to get medical records for pet insurance. I really appreciate how much they do to make the clinic environment feel safe and relaxing for pets, and I was impressed that my cat was playful and calm the entire visit. Absolutely the best vet I've ever gone to, highly recommend!
