★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Oh my goodness! Everyone was so friendly and so professional! The techs cared for my baby girl as much as we do!Everything went smoothly and quickly! I can’t say enough amazing things about this location! We are not going to anywhere else from now on for emergency care. The treatment for my baby was made so clear to us, so we could go home and feel confident about continuing treatment for my pup.Thank you all for being amazing and keep up the amazing work!
August 28 · Savannah KimberlingI absolutely recommend this vet hospital to anyone who has an emergent need in the surrounding area! I had an a wonderful experience from every moment I walked in to every moment I was discharged. The waiting area overall has a beautiful and comfortable set up with water and other hot drinks like coffee or hot cocoa to have while you wait. The vet team checked in with me and my bunny a couple of times to see how she was doing as we waited to be seen. While she was being seen they kept me updated throughout the whole process. They were so gentle and loving with my bunny and took great care of her. They patiently answered every little question I had no matter how big or small with a kind attitude and detailed information. The care, examinations, treatments, and medications/instructions the vet team provided were spot on and well done. My bunny had a 24 hr critical window where I had to be on high alert and thankfully the Vet staff checked in with me a few times after we were home to see how my bunny was doing and gave me guided advice on what my next steps should be. So overall the vet team from clerical staff to clinical staff was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better team! You won’t regret choosing this hospital for your beloved pets! Below are two pictures of me and my bunny patiently waiting to be seen!
June 10 · Ferneidy DotelThe staff, veterinarians and nurses at Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital are excellent! The staff are very caring, and the triage nurses and doctors are so knowledgeable and calm in a crisis. They took care of our senior dog so quickly and thoughtfully.Dr. Samantha Berge is absolutely amazing... she is brilliant and calm and kind, she immediately put our dog (and me) at ease, and she explained everthing that I needed to know to continue her care at home.Daisy thanks you all too!
August 23 · Catherine PerkinsI can’t thank this animal hospital enough!!Came in with my pup Oscar in critical state. He had been stung by a bee and went onto anaphylactic shock.(unknown to me) he was having a hard time breathing his body was like a limp noodle and he had lost all color in his mouth. They quickly evaluated him and got him the meds he needed. His vitals were bad along with many other things. They explained to his in great detail what was happening. He had to stay there as we left we were certain we weren’t picking our baby back up alive. They allowed us to call as often as we wanted. They sent photos of him to help keep our mind at ease. Next morning a few hours in they told us he was good to go home. My heart was so full. Definitely not the out come I expected but one that I’m so grateful to have received. Thank you to the entire staff, the vet & tecs. For their knowledge and speed taking care of my baby!!
July 07 · Kim BraceI live over an hour away so when I called, they said they would be ready when we got there. On our arrival they took our information and took our puppy back in within five minutes of our arrival. Within 10 minutes he was being treated. We were there quite a while but they kept us updated of his condition. The treatment was explained and it was recommended that he should stay overnight. They took good care of our puppy and he was able to come home the next day.
