Community Animal Care has earned a stellar reputation, largely thanks to the compelling experiences shared by its clients. One pet owner brought their "fur-baby" in for an emergency and was immediately impressed by the clinic's responsiveness and care. The reviewer noted that they were seen right away and that the "entire staff was kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful," leading them to confidently state they would "definitely continue to use their services." The clinic's dedication to patient welfare was further underscored when they "called the very next day to follow up," a detail that deeply resonated with the pet owner, who concluded that "you couldn’t ask for a better group of caring people." Another remarkable testimonial came from a client whose cat was suffering a severe asthma attack. After being turned away by four other vets, they found hope at Community Animal Care, where the staff was "beyond nice" and "explained everything" in a respectful way. The client was overjoyed when their cat, who had a partially collapsed lung, was back home and recovering just an hour and a half later, a testament to the clinic’s expertise and ability to handle critical cases. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1🐾 My fur-baby and I had a wonderful experience here. We came in for an emergency, and they were able to see us right away. The entire staff was kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. I will definitely continue to use their services, and highly recommend them to other pet parents 🐾Update: They actually called the very next day to follow up and see how my baby was doing. You couldn’t ask for a better group of caring people.
August 08 · ALittleBit OfHeavenAfter 4 other vets told me they couldn’t help my baby (cat) and his asthma attack, I was directed to call here. (One literally told me that “it should pass”….)They were beyond nice to me and explained everything to me in a respectful way as well. My cat was having a severe asthma attack to the point he had a partial collapsed lung! It was expensive as all get out, but he’s literally my child so I could honestly care less. An hour and half later I have my cat at home eating food and drinking water and wanting his belly rubbed! I couldn’t be happier!
September 13 · ChanellI began going to community animal care when I adopted my second cat with health issues and needed more availability from a vet’s office. Although my initial visits were comfortable, productive and affordable, the change in the vibe of the office since then makes my original visit unrecognizable. From the hoops they make you jump through to get the necessary food that they have established is the only treatment that will help your pet, to the lack of effort that they put forth in diagnosing a condition. It is abundantly clear that this is no longer about quality animal care. It is about generating income to sustain the office, nothing more. After two visits with two different doctors and bills that cost me a week and a half worth of my paycheck, the only resolution to my cats extreme discomfort, and repeated septic infections is the food that they make it next to impossible for me to obtain. No allergy tests. Nothing other than steroids and amoxicillin and the guilt trip about not booking my annual check up a month and a half out. This may have been in a great office at one time that I’m pretty sure I saw the echo of when I first started going. But at this point, you’re better off with a virtual Appointment booked with an online service.
August 07 · Devon McArdleI brought my cat here in an emergency because he wasn’t breathing. It was an obvious respiratory issue, but the vet suggested that he needed blood work and all of these exams which were going to cost me $600. I didn’t need to do all of that so they ended up giving him fluids and some shots that didn’t end up working. They charged me $550 in the end and didn’t even fully diagnose my cat. I went to a different vet and they diagnosed him immediately with bronchitis. He’s better now but it’s ridiculous that someone who went to school for 6+ years to become a vet can’t diagnose a simple diagnosis from symptoms alone…
August 21 · Ashley BohizicMy cat was very sick. Community Animal Care was able to fit me in the same day on one of their Urgent Animal Healthcare daysThey were very kind and very thorough. I don't know what I would have done without them.
