Deborah Robertson Reviews
compassionate
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love Animal Medical Group! Taking my dog here for eight years, and last dog for several years also. They take very good care of my "kids". Staff is compassionate, reliable, responsive, honest, and accommodating. They don't try to talk me into expensive surgeries or unnecessary treatments. Highly recommend them for good care and value.
July 21 · Susan JI love AMG - they are the best vet I have ever had for my animals. They took care of my Australian Shepherd for 13 years and now care for my two cats, Casey and Lily. They are compassionate and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them.
July 25 · Lisa HerzogWe've always been so happy with the staff and the doctors at AMG. They treat us like family and they are so loving and compassionate with our dogs. That is why I was surprised and saddened to see that some of our favorite people have left. Fortunately, Dr. Koester and Dr. Krieger are still there and hopefully, with these new management changes, AMG will be able to maintain it's family atmosphere.
September 20 · Cindy PerelsonThis is my first appointment and I'll keep my reviews updated.I've been to plenty of vets and no one can figure out whats wrong with my Lhasa Apso and of course we went under diagnostics since it's our first time here. They had results within the hour and had solutions asap. Everything is really clear and they make it easy to understand. I feel like they actually care and that's me talking with my trust issues. As for price: $59 for an exam (1st is free) and $29 for a returning exam on the same matters. My dog has chronic skin and ear conditions and the payments I made in total for two week medication, fleas, ear cleaning, ear ointment, and other things that were extremely necessary came out to be $372 which I was ensured would decrease over time since some of the things I listed were only one time payments/actions. They only made me pay for what I needed, unlike other Vets adding in a bunch of medications and shampoos they "think" will help. This one recommended everything as well but told me every detail and reason for why I should and shouldn't get it. It was 100% up to me and there was no guilt tripping or money snatching involved. Makes me wish I spent my $2,000 here instead of other vets I've been too.I called at 11am and they told me they had an open same day appointment spot at 1pm. I came at 12:56pm and was met right away. Filled out a form and waited less than 15 minutes to see a doctor. Everything went by really quick and we were out of the place with all her medication and knowledge of her conditions within the next two hours. Extremely impressed they have the technology unlike other hospitals.Complete 5/5 experience!
August 21 · AmieI have three dogs and have COUNTLESS vets, over the years. I've never had more kind, loving, attentive service, than I get at Animal Medical and Dental. One of my dogs had to have surgery and Dr. Krieger did a genius job. I will always go to this vet!
