★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve brought my dog here four times in the past year, and each time it was a different doctor. There’s absolutely no continuity of care — every visit feels like starting over with a new face.On top of that, the communication style is exhausting. Instead of concise explanations, I get overwhelmed with endless details that dodge the real issue: what’s wrong, what’s needed, and what it will cost. Unless I literally interrupt and force the conversation back on track, there’s no way to get clear, straightforward answers. And they know this, it’s by design. It feels like a constant battle — either go along politely and leave confused, or push back and feel like you’re “causing a scene.” That should never be the choice for a pet owner just trying to do the right thing.Yes, they do care for animals, but the way they hide behind endless niceness while upselling and dodging transparency feels manipulative. Pet owners deserve clarity and consistency, not stress and frustration on every single visit.
August 20 · Evan PomeranzThe entire staff were AMAZING. Tammy the tech was so cool and down to earth and explained everything so well. Dr . Connelly is AMAZING. You can tell they really care about the animals. Willing to work with you financially. I have never in my 34 years had a better vet visit for a sick pet. They are now my full time veterinarians. Could not recommend them enough or have enough kind words and genuine thank yous for saving my cat.
March 25 · Cait NovSadly I had to say goodbye to my 15 year old Fur Baby & I was devastated. It would’ve been impossible without the help of the amazing staff. I felt nothing but love and compassion. I’m forever grateful and blessings to you all. Xoxo
June 06 · Nijah TurquoiseI just want to share how absolutely wonderful my experience with this place was! My cat was a new patient, never been before. Called because she was having an eye issue. Not only was the woman I spoke to extremely nice, they were ready that night to see & evaluate her to make sure she was okay! I thought that was amazing. I took her in, we saw Dr. Connelly. She was so nice, professional and very thorough. She allowed my cat time to warm up to her before beginning anything. She did a very thorough exam to check for every possible cause of her issue. We discussed testing and medication & now my cat is doing so well! I was nervous seeing a new vet for the first time but they truly were so wonderful!!
April 22 · Stephanie ScribaniWe had to put down our sweet 15 year old dog Dylan a couple of days ago. They were so compassionate, explained everything to us, and gave us all the time we needed to be with him before and after his passing. It was the hardest thing we had to do as a family and they handled everything with such grace. I cannot imagine how hard it is to be a vet and see this on such a frequent basis. Miss you forever my baby Dylan. 🩷
