The friendly and professional staff is well-versed in these specialized areas and takes the time to explain treatment options in a clear, understandable manner, ensuring pet owners are confident and involved in their pet's care plan. The result is a practice that not only treats illness but actively works to enhance a pet's overall well-being and mobility, allowing them to enjoy their golden years to the fullest.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Could not be more pleased with Haven! Our little golden/corgi had a torn ACL and patella slip and our usual vet wanted to jump right into surgery, not offering non surgical treatment options. A neighbor who had great success with her dog told us about Haven. Dr. Howe-Smith is such an amazing Vet and clinician. He gave her a great examination during our first consult and explained everything in a very understandable manner to me. He has a great bedside manner and the entire staff are very pleasant. I was very confident with Dr. Howe-Smith's initial assessment and proceeded with the initial six treatments of hydro water therapy, hoping for the best. The outcome was amazing. Our little Sheena has regained full mobility of her leg and has recovered nicely. I would recommend Haven without hesitation for any ACL tear (or other orthopedic issues) and not rush into surgery. Besides not having to put her through surgery and a long recovery this treatment cost a fraction of what the surgery proposed by our vet would have been. Thank you Haven!!
August 08 · Big PapiI've only taken my dog there once, but I did like them. My dog's X-rays weren't there, but the Dr made a point of calling me to discuss as soon as they got to look at them. She didn't recommend PT as a first step, which is nice as that can be pricey, and was quite a driver for me.Staff and the office manager were also nice. I had car issues when I arrived, and they gave me and my dog a cool place to stay inside, rather than us having to wait in the heat. I really appreciated that, as it made a stressful situation much easier
June 12 · Leona KonkelMy dog loves this place and she typically hates the water! Ivy had a torn cruciate at 12 years old and we came here for physical therapy. Everyone is so kind to me and Ivy, and the vet even gets down on the floor with his patients to put them at ease. Ivy is very vocal in the water, but they shower her with treats and love and attention. At her regular vet, she resists me at the door, but here, she runs right up to the door and waits to be let in, tail wagging.
May 01 · Angelique FlynnI wasn't so sure at first if this would work...water therapy for a dog?!? It seemed like maybe a scam - but no, it was not a scam! It TOTALLY WORKED for our dog, Lucy who is 13 years old and hurt her back leg chasing after a rabbit. She did the water therapy and they did a package, so it was do-able financially. She loved the animal crackers they gave her and actually walked right to the door and wanted to go in for appointments (opposite of what happened at other vets). Rachel B. was great to work with and Dr. Russell Howe-Smith was amazing, getting down on the floor with our dog and making her feel comfortable as he examined her! I highly recommend Pet PT. If you're on the fence about bringing your dog, do it - you won't regret it!!!
November 17 · Jennifer TraugerDr Howe-Smith and his team are fantastic. My dog had a complete CCL rupture and he worked with me on a conservative management approach to get her walking away with the assistance of hydrotherapy & pain management. At times, I doubted that therapy was working but it was the best decision we made for our 8yr lab mix. 6 months later and she is able to enjoy walks again and supervised off leash time in her retirement era. So thankful for this team!
