★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm really happy with the care my dog receives here. The place is super clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff are so nice, from the front desk to the nurses, and vets, all very patient and caring. Will be bringing my little guy here from now on!
July 19 · Jerelle ReverackGreat experience, would definitely recommend. Our dog was showing some signs of pain and we booked a same day appointment for him without knowing much about the practice. The office was clean and calm and we were greeted immediately. During the exam, the veterinarian was sympathetic to our dog’s nervousness and anxiety and worked with us to complete an exam. It was so comforting, since past vets have just assumed our dog will be aggressive since he isn’t small and gets so nervous. He’s really just a big baby. They made us feel listened to and they addressed our concerns, and they did bloodwork onsite. Our dog (and us) came home happier and with the right pain meds in hand. 10/10, definitely recommend.
April 28 · Emily BestDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!We went here on Aug 31, 2025. The vet was professional and helpful, but everyone else acted extremely unprofessional and unfriendly.1) They made an obvious mistake on the visit summary: listed 3 more pounds on my pet compared to our record six days ago. There is no way a cat can gain 3 pounds in 6 days. Such simple mistakes make me question their attention to detail and whether they ever read my pet's previous visit summaries.2) Staff handled the visit with NO CARE: both front desk staff talked to us from the doorway with the exam room door open. There was a big dog right across the hallway, also with its exam room open. Our cat could have been seriously scared or even run away with the door open. It felt like the staff either didn’t want to come near our pet or just didn’t even care how our pet felt. How could you trust a team like this to properly handle your pet that's already sick?On top of that, the way the front desk staff spoke to us was cold and unfriendly. Don't know what we did to deserve a visit like this.
August 31 · Marjorie XiaoMade an appointment to come in for my newly adopted kitten and had a great experience here! The check in process was super smooth, the staff there are all very nice and professional. My kitten is very slippery and scared but they handled it very well. Would definitely recommend this place for pet owners!
July 25 · Zhiqi LiuI take my new cat here, he’s very calm and the staff are super friendly!! Very welcoming environment, and service is quick and efficient with minimal exposure to other pets, if at all, which keeps my animal very calm!!
