★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Everyone in here is awesome . They Handel and take good care of my pet cat . Saifa has been going to this clinic since he was a baby and the people here have done everything they can to help him . He’s an outdoor cat and often gets himself hurt or sick but the people here seem to care for him deeply. Every time I bring him to this place they take the time to insure he’s well and fix him right up . I highly recommend everyone should bring their pet to this hospital. A big thank you form me and Saifa to everyone here
August 14 · Ezzy AsbtaniThis has to be one of the most trustworthy caring honest animal hospital. Dr. Valdez is my doctor he is truly a great doctor with lots of knowledge , when I had to put my dog down I seen doctor Mittal she like doctor Valdez was very honest and very caring .not too long after my dog was put down, I received a card in the mail from Lefferts animal hospital as soon as I opened the card I started to cry and closed it right away, what a wonderful and kind thing to do, the workers all took their time to write nice things in the card, they also put my dogs paw print in the card along with some of his fur, such a kind and thoughtful thing to do. As soon as I am able to handle it I will read all the nice thing the workers wrote, Thank you all so much it meant so much to me. Doris Alvarez
August 20 · ziagos ortizBefore I speak on what happened to my dog, I would like to clarify and say the Doctors and assistants at this clinic are amazing. Except for the Managerial Doctor. Unfortunately my dog was attacked outside this clinic as the staff transported her out to me after bloodwork. Manager on site, then took it upon herself to blame me for my dog getting attacked by another waiting dog. Then said I must pay for ointment and antibiotics if I want to prevent any infections when it wasn’t even my fault. The money wasn’t the issue but the principal of the situation was, which they failed to recognize. Unless you want your precious fur family member attacked while here then blame placed on you i highly recommend going elsewhere!
May 07 · priyana persaudThis is the worst place ever. I brought my cat Dolly, who stopped eating drinking and using the Litterbox for 2 days.. She was seen by Dr Birchler, who did absolutely nothing. My cat was deathly sick and more compassion should have been shown. I ended up paying $135 for what. She was beyond getting better. I made it clear that I am a Senior on a fixed income, still no one cared. I never received a follow up call as stated with all my blood results. I just came from the ASPCA hospital on 92nd street in NYC. I was treated with kindness and truth. They went above and beyond for Dolly. They did bloodwork,X-rays,gave her fluids and i only paid $50. It wasn’t about the money..I even spoke to this Medical Director who was condescending and disrespectful. I am intelligent and educated..I had to put Dolly down,at the ASPCA,but at least, I know that continuing doing test were not going to save her…This Dr Bircher only has a bachelors. Are you a doctor. I will be taking this further because, I was robbed financially for what? What kind of place is this. You have not heard the last of me.Remember my name!!!!!How disgraceful!!!!!!
July 03 · Sharon LewisI’ve been taking my boys here for about a decade. The office can get a little busy, but the staff is always kind and helpful. The front desk employees always greet us with a smile and make us feel comfortable as soon as we step in the office. The staff has always been caring and supportive. I’ve recommended this place a few times to other pet parents.
