★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have 2 cats, and they come and see Lowell Road Vet whenever we have the slightest worry or need! I recently went last Friday and Isaac was a phenomenal help! One of my cats does NOT travel well, and decided to projectile puke in my new-to-me car... NOT fun. But Isaac was there to help my sanity, he helped watch my cats while I ran to clean up my mess - and then after putting them safely in the exam room - came out to offer more help. He also helped me while I caught my breath (I've never felt more like a frazzled mother than in that moment in my entire life) and cleaned the cat carrier for me.I love taking my cats here, I know that I will be taken care of and they are loved and cared for. I highly recommend and I am very very thankful that Isaac was able to help me and my pets.
July 16 · Teegan ColbanWe have a 1 year old Chihuahua his name is bear. He recently ate a whole pack of trident gum, sugar-free of course, so we went to the emergency room over by Manchester and they denied us due to financial reasons. We were calling everywhere and the sister business referred us to the Hudson one we found a great doctor and a great vet tech and they helped us. They were understanding. We will definitely be going back there and putting both of our dogs there for now on.the pictures below are before and after we went to the vet
March 15 · Lilianna FelixI recently had an appointment for my 19 year old dog. We had to discuss quality of life assessment. The staff was very kind very informative and one thing that I like is they did not pressure me they gave me all the information talked it through with me and let me come to the decision. The first person I met was Isaac. He was very kind compassionate and caring. I apologize but I do not remember the vet's name but I liked that she was very straightforward but relayed to me in a very kind compassionate way. I recommend this place to bring your pets.
May 12 · Renee PulsiferIt took me a while to write this review but I brought my dog Simba here for a couple years.. He was the love of my life. He was a rescue dog with a bad past and had a lot of quirks but they always took care of him and didn't shy away.At the end of his life and during his passing I cannot describe the urgency and care they gave not only him but me to. Pure empathy pure care and just pure love.I've never lost an animal before and I don't wish the experience on anybody however I truly believe they treated my beloved best friend and myself the best you can in that situation and I'll always be so thankful for what they did for us.Thank you so much to the staff for taking care of my boy ❤️
April 07 · Jayde GaffneyMy poor little girl dog had what sounded like a cough. She isn't exposed to other dogs so kennel cough was almost 100% not it.The vet said she thought maybe the early stages of heart failure. She gave me options. X-rays, blood work, and talked pricing before doing anything. With the results of one test she gave me more options and prices. Unfortunately it is heart failure. So there isn't all that much we can do for except give her heart meds, keep her calm to keep blood pressure down, diet and make her comfortable until the time comes when she passes or is suffering and she needs to be put down.
