★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Sally and her staff are wonderful. Specializing in just cats makes her and her team love up on our furry friends as we do. They often see us in times of distress, but their compassion is healing to pet parents as well. We drive 40 minutes, past 2 other practices, to see them. Well worth the trip!
August 22 · scott mI never write reviews but I was blown away with how wonderful my experience was at Lenox Cat Hospital! The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and Dr. Sally and the tech I saw (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name!) were the loveliest people who were so kind and loving towards my kitty Butters during the whole visit. I was given great, thorough advice for helping my cat lose weight and suggestions for dealing with some stress/anxiety he’s been exhibiting recently. I’ve never been to a vet before where they felt so down to earth and who loved on my baby so much. I cannot recommend this practice enough!
August 27 · Peyton ConnollyI had a cat who was diagnosed with FIP (he passed in his sleep) He was very ill and we called different vets and animal shelters around Pittsfield explaining how bad our situation was with our cat Olaf. No one took him in or seemed to care. I called Lenox Cat Hospital, they took Olaf in next day. Sally and Jamie are truly compassionate and care so much about your cat. They did everything they could to save Olaf. I am forever grateful for the service they provided my cat and I. There was nothing else we could’ve done to save him. He was on medication for a week and given constant care at this cat hospital. They went above and beyond for my family, including dropping off medication at my house at 10:30pm once the blood results were in, dropping him off at my house after being at the hospital for the day, and providing constant communication and support. This hospital is truly amazing and if I get another cat I will be taking him/her here. Thank you so much Sally and Jamie for your care and compassion for my cat.
June 21 · Molly DiCarloI want to let everyone know how incredibly Dr. Sally and the Lenox Kat hospital team is! Karter the Kat recently had an acute illness that required advanced care. On discharge, Dr. Sally picked Karter's care right up and went the distance and beyond to help determine her diagnosis. I can't say how impressive her efforts have been. Her example of thoroughness and diagnostic acumen puts us human doctors to shame! The energy and interest is outstanding and Karter and I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and professionalism we have received.
May 03 · Gabriel KaufmanDr. Sally is outstanding. She quickly determined what was causing our cat. We followed her guidance and our little kitty transformed from very weak and near death to strong and lively in just a few months. Amazing! Our sickly cat is healthier than her sister who's always been simply normal.
