Northern Lakes Veterinary Hospital is a choice worth making due to our unwavering commitment to compassionate and professional care. August 15 · Dianne GTaken Pemi here twice now, first for neutering, all went well... second time due to a vomiting/diarrhea scare. It's the second visit review refers to. Appreciate all the diagnostics and tests that were done, my issue is with the food directed to serve. Unsure why I was "required" to purchase a full case of wet and 4 lbs of dry to feed my cat for a day or two to get him over his gastrointestinal issue. That's $90+ of unnecessary food. Two cans of wet and a small zip-lock back of dry would have sufficed. Fine balance between pet care and making money I guess....
June 20 · Randy LangerI want to express my appreciation for your excellent care for my cat Taylor. With her advanced age (19) I was was really worried she wouldn't make it through the surgery on her mouth. You did a wonderful job and she's back to herself - purring, lying on my lap and showing her love. Please know how much your compassion means to me. Everyone there is always so friendly and welcoming and I feel good bringing Taylor - and our dog Connor - to NLVH.
August 14 · C. LandrocheAfter 4 yrs of ear infections Doc Jana Guerrette solved her problem in one visit amazing Doc for sure. I would recommend her to all my friends.
August 27 · Phyllis DuncanWhen Dr. Lester tried his hand at retirement the first time, his replacement was an utter disappointment. I would not have gone back if it wasn’t for Dr Lester returning! He was wonderful with my senior girl.Although disappointed to see him once again leave the practice for retirement, it seems he decided to set the bar higher regarding whose hands would take over his life work. He truly succeeded with Dr Melson. She took a generous amount of time to get to know my dog, learn her history, and discuss her future needs as we continue through these senior years. I value that she respected my wishes on what vaccines I wanted or didn’t want for my dog. She simply offered her expert opinion regarding what might be in the best interest of my dog and why.I found Dr Melson to be genuinely kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. She restored my confidence in knowing we will get the compassionate support that we need moving forward. That’s all any pet owner is really asking for.
