June 29 · Artie BurowI have been bringing my dogs there since 2015, and they were always pricey but cared and actually followed up with their overpriced testing. This time around, 9 years later, they had me do a very expensive double cavity ultra sound. I waited very long for results that would require surgery if a heart murmur was not present. I never received a call for results after spending over $1000 in testing. I kept calling until I got the vet on the phone and she just said he didn’t have a heart murmur and needed surgery for bladder stones and a small growth in his mouth. Last week I had his records transferred to All Saints Animal Hospital for a sudden anal gland rupture and sure enough the heart murmur was listed on his records they never sent me. They were going to do a $5000 surgery that would’ve ultimately killed my dog because he cannot be sedated due to his heart murmur. This practice only cares about money, even at the expense of killing their patients. They also wanted to pull 20 teeth at $175 a tooth. My dog only has 10 teeth left, as elderly dogs and people start losing teeth naturally in old age. If you want to spend a lot of money for vets that don’t care and won’t follow up with you and will possibly kill your dog for a quick buck. By all means use this vet. Not sure what happened since 2020 but that’s when this place changed for the worse. Hopefully one day they are shut down forever. I will be filing a formal complaint. Predatory unethical practices all around.
May 01 · Christina FauciThis location is the absolute worst. The wait time is ridiculous every time. The only reason i use this practice is for Dr Maleleo and I try to see him as often as possible at the forest avenue office - which is always a great experience. The distance is just hard being on the other side of the island. 9 times out of 10 when i have an appt they always call me with an issue and need to change it. Again the forest avenue location never does this.
August 22 · leahfonti27North location:I rarely give five star ratings so if they had ‘halves’ it would be 4 1/2.They are professional and a clean space. The techs clearly are animal lovers and the vets are very willing to talk. My dog drags me to their door when he gets out of the car!
