★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t thank Dr. Olga and the entire team at Revere Pet Clinic enough! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with so much kindness, and professionalism. Dr. Olga went above and beyond to make sure my pet was cared for, and properly treated. You can truly feel how much they love animals here. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like a number. It’s rare to find a veterinary team that’s this skilled and genuinely caring. If you’re looking for a place where your pet will be treated like family, look no further. I’m forever grateful for the help and support I received. Thank you, Dr. Olga and team — you’re amazing! 🐾💖
July 17 · Carlos GrajalesOnly brought my cat here because it was an emergency situation.. the wait times here are insane! I was desperately needing my cat to be seen for an infected bite which ultimately needed surgery. Even with an appointment you won’t be taken on time, you will wait at least 30-45min from when you check in at the desk before you’re seen. It’s sad, the veterinarian is super sweet but the rest of the staff doesn’t communicate well and has poor customer service skills. The technicians that have seen my cat on the few visits I was there for were not friendly whatsoever with my cat, which in turn made his aggressive by nature. Front desk is nice but overall this place needs more attentive staff. I came in after 2 weeks for a “quick” follow up appointment and not only did I constantly need to tell the technician who I was and why I was there when the front desk should’ve communicated that, but they didn’t give me any instructions on how much longer my cat should wear a cone or be on his medications for. There was no actual follow up aside from cutting out his staples. Even though I had mentioned he was starting to get diarrhea which he never had experienced before. It’s like they got they’re moneys worth and didn’t care afterward. I immediately stopped the medication after and thankfully my cat has recovered. I will not be bringing him back here. I would highly suggest you don’t either!!!
August 11 · Ashley CardenasGood availability for appointments. Decent prices. The care is good, Dr. Olga is knowledgeable and prescribed helpful medication. Minus 1 star for concern with cleanliness and the upselling of products not entirely necessary with prescription but added anyway. Exam room had previous dogs saliva and hair everywhere.
April 09 · C HThey are the WORST! / When I was in the room with my dog waiting on them the first girl that came in to see my dog look like she broke night with a hangover and look at me and said.. DONT MIND ME IM OUT OF IT! SMH And the lady OLGA IS THE WORST CAN EVEN LOOK AT YOU WHEN SPEECHING I gave 1 star in order to write this. Please Don't send you pet there never not even an emergency
July 22 · Poncho PonchoBrought our dog in for a neuter and paid to have the microchip added. As it turns out, there was never a microchip added and we are having to pay again to have it implanted. Normal lifespans for microchips are 25 years, and this was installed 3 years ago. Makes you wonder what else they didn't do - did my dog actually get neutered?? If I were to do this all over again, it would not be at the Revere Pet Clinic
