Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic Dental & Surgery Center Introduce
The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic Dental & Surgery Center is a highly specialized veterinary practice located in Scottsdale, Arizona. While it is a veterinary clinic, its name explicitly highlights its focus: providing expert dental and surgical care for pets. This facility stands out in the Arizona landscape for its dual expertise, offering advanced procedures for a wide range of animals, including not only dogs and cats but also birds and other exotic pets. As a women-owned business, it brings a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to a crucial part of pet health. The clinic operates with the understanding that dental disease and surgical needs can be a major source of pain and health issues for animals, and they are dedicated to providing the necessary treatments to improve their quality of life.
The clinic's approach is designed to be efficient and effective, particularly for those in need of specific, planned procedures. However, as noted in a public review, the balance between high-volume services and managing client time can be a challenge. While one customer expressed frustration with a long wait time for a non-surgical visit, another, a long-time client of 19 years, praised the staff and doctors for being "amazing" and genuinely caring, despite the potential for busyness. This kind of feedback paints a picture of a dedicated, though sometimes overwhelmed, team that truly cares about the animals they treat. The fact that customers have trusted this clinic for nearly two decades speaks volumes about the genuine care and excellent outcomes they provide over the long term. For pet owners in Arizona, the Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic represents a place to find dedicated professionals who genuinely care about the health of their companions, from a simple check-up to complex surgical needs.
The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic Dental & Surgery Center is located at 7301 E Thomas Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, USA. Its address places it in a central part of Scottsdale, making it a convenient destination for residents of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. The clinic is easily accessible from major roads and is situated in a commercial area with straightforward access. The facility has been designed with accessibility in mind, offering a wheelchair-accessible car park, a wheelchair-accessible entrance, and wheelchair-accessible seating. These features ensure that the clinic is a welcoming and inclusive space for all pet owners, regardless of their mobility needs.
The clinic’s amenities further enhance the convenience of a visit. With gender-neutral toilets and a toilet available for use, the space is comfortable for all visitors. The business operates on an appointments-recommended basis, which helps to manage patient flow and ensures that each pet can receive the appropriate amount of time and attention. This planning-oriented approach is an attempt to create a more organized experience for clients, though as some reviews suggest, managing the workload can still be a challenge. Nevertheless, the physical accessibility and amenities of the clinic are a clear sign of its commitment to providing a supportive environment for the Arizona community.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Don’t do it. Go somewhere else. Three hours we were here for the doc to look in our dog’s ear and get us medication. We were told the wait would be 30 minutes. No one wants to work and if you ask for the time, reception just looked so annoyed like I shouldn’t ask. There is no organization. Awful communication and just lack of respect for a client’s time. After we were here for 2 hours and I asked how much longer, we were told 3 minutes to 60 minutes. They have an operations problem. I can understand being short staffed but you communicate that and allow me to decide if I would like to stay. Also restaurants have the capability to let you know that your table is ready, this place can use the same system to show respect to a client’s time. The doc went to get medication and took over 25 minutes. It’s a hostage situation. Just go somewhere else. Time is valuable and their service isn’t great at all. I’m left disappointed and hate that for a business.
May 28 · nadibuns82I have brought my dogs here for 19 years, and I have never been disappointed. Through several dogs with various health issues, some requiring weekly visits for prolonged time periods, the staff and doctors have always been amazing! People who genuinely care. They can get very busy and that is hard to manage at times, but that can happen anywhere.
June 27 · Emma BenkoWe were anxious about getting our dogs teeth cleaned under anesthesia. They were super helpful, kind, and did a great job! They even followed up the next day via text to check in on our dog. Would highly recommend coming here for a dental cleaning!
April 24 · RI took my beloved Cornish Rex, Ellis in here for various reasons as he was 17 and having health issues. The entire staff was understanding and sympathetic toward the hardest decision for me to make to have him euthanized. I just want to say that Marie holds a special place in my heart for setting everything up for me to do what was best for him. I was able to take him home for the day and spend time with him and he was sent over the rainbow bridge at home. Much of the day is a blur but I’ll never forget this Marie. Thank you so much for being there for us. ♥️♥️♥️
April 19 · Christina MWe have taken our new adopted gal, Cinnamon, here for an emergency visit and her bi-annual teeth cleaning. Both times we're great. You can tell each employee genuinely cares arlbout each pet and I have no worries leaving my baby with them.
