★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Excellent care with Dr. Adams, whom we've been going to for years. The vet techs are knowledgeable and empathetic. Summer, in the front office, has gone out of her way many times to get info for me.The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish they had an overnight tech for sick or post-surgical animals who have to stay there overnight.
August 30 · Lollie RaganaDO NOT COME HERE. This place sucks. If you adopt from West LA shelter ask them for the other offices that accept the free spay/neuter vouchers and avoid dealing with this place at all costs. They have you on hold forever, never return calls, never respond to voicemails. Receptionists/manager are rude and unhelpful. This place is always so chaotic I can't imagine how they treat the animals behind closed doors. Nobody ever knows anything when you ask them a question. Super long wait times. I can go on and on with my complaints and it seems like a lot of people have had similar experiences here. Not sure why they can't seem to get it together.
June 28 · Gerardo De Los SantosReally great service and very great stuff and Dr. Vardi is the best and very caring vet I met I couldn't be more thankful.... I brought my sunny to get neutered and the poor thing was just a little out of it when I came to get him but that's normal since he just had a procedure now he is completely healed and happy as well as I am for finding shelter veterinary they were really nice and also very throughout when explaining the at home care after the visit gave me in depth details about the medications to give my kitty very well explained they couldn't have told us any clearer so I do recommend them.I will be coming back soon to get sunny's mama fixed along with his sisters. :-) keep the great work Shelter veterinary!!!

Mr Matrix, siberian husky puppy 80lb!!! 😍🤣 people please donate to help these good people to take care of these poor doggies and kittens!!! God bless
October 06 · WebWorks AgencyIt's time to publicly shame companies who do not give prices over the phone because they are either overpriced or change the price based on how you look when you come in. I'm trying to get my female cat spayed and the receptionist refused to give me even a price range. In what world can you not provide any pricing and want a patient to spend hours out of their day going to an appointment just to find out it's overpriced but hoping the effort they spent so far is a sunk cost and they might as well spend it? Go somewhere else.
