★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. I took my dog who is my esa animal here and asked for only an exam they told me that the vet was busy and i had to leave her there i told them very nicely no she has separation anxiety and she is my esa animal they still said i had to leave her with the vet. i went out to the parking lot to the car and stayed in the parking lot and looked up if it was legal for them to do that and it is illegal for them to do that since she is a registered esa animal. i went back in and asked very nicely that i want my dog what u did is illegal they proceeded to tell me that the vet was about to see her and then they brought her out to me and said that she had a cyst on her back (which she does not have) and that the reason we brought her into the vet in the first place was not hotspots (it was we made sure it was) then charged me for shampoo that i didnt ask for and was very rude to me the whole time and when asked for a refund was also very rude. WONT GIVE ME OPTION FOR NO STARS SO PUT ONE STAR. DEFINITELY ZERO STARS.
July 29 · kevin husfeltWe went here because it was our boxers time to be put down. Wasn't the way we would of liked to go here but she was 11 yrs old and her hips were just getting to bad, and you could see she was in pain. The staff here were great and made sure everything was good from start to finish.i highly Recommend this vet. Thank you again for everything.
April 20 · thomas kingDr. Katie is truly the best! My cat had suddenly started experiencing UTI symptoms and I immediately became stressed about my cats well being along with the stress of trying to find a vet that will fit me in fast and be cost efficient. My worries and stress was soon over thanks to Dr, Katie and her amazing team! They were able to get me in the same day that I called, which helped ease the thought of having to wait a couple days for my sick cat to be seen. What I thought would be a UTI turned out to be a hernia which needed to be surgically fixed, luckily Dr. Katie was able to schedule my cat for surgery that same week! All my worries were soon to be resolved thanks to this amazing team, I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue to go there for further care of my pets. Overall a very friendly and professional environment, plus cost efficient!
January 13 · Cheyenne RacineThese people are great!!! My pug was smashed by a car, I went there a wreck thinking he was done for. I was in with a vet immediately they took great care of Rocco, and when I had concerns a few days later they got me right in. They also are working with me and letting me do a payment plan, which is so helpful in that type of emergency situation.
