★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Do not recommend them. My dog had 2 ultrasounds read by one of the internal medicine doctors that works here. BOTH times he misdiagnosed my dog and totally missed an aggressive cancer. I would have never returned for a second ultrasound, but unfortunately I was unaware of the misdiagnosis at the time.

February 16 · Kaitlyn ReznyI received bad news about my pet after an echo preformed by UltraVet. After the initial news was delivered, my vet was unable to answer cardiac-specific questions and forwarded them to the preforming cardiologist. As you can imagine, I have been in distress ever since because no prognosis or grade of severity was provided - only a vague diagnosis and medication. I called the number that is listed on their website to inquire about when I would hear back... all I got out was "hi, my pet recently had an echo preformed.." and was cut off immediately. The woman attacked me with: "You are not supposed to be calling this number! Who is your vet?! Who gave you this number?!" I reminded her the information is listed on their website. She again repeated with aggression... I ended the call by saying, "thank you for your kindness."I am only posting this to warn other grief-stricken pet owners, as this is a sensitive area of medicine and being met with compassion is usually standard. No where on this page does it say that owners are not allowed to call this number. While I understand the message she was trying to convey, the delivery and hostility could not have been more unnecessary. At the end of the day, you never know what others are going through. Kindness is free.If this is simply how the phone is answered - I can only imagine how our sick, stressed, and sometimes restless pets are being handled by them.

April 08 · Carly WilliamsVery unprofessional. My dog has severe heart disease so gets periodic cardiac ECGs at our vet's office by a Ultravet tech. We had an appt. yesterday morning, waited all day and Ultravet didn't show up OR bother to call to say there was a problem. Today tech finally showed up around 2:30 for what was supposed to be an early appointment. When I called Ultravet to inquire about timing, the woman who answered Ultravet's phone was rude and nasty. I understand that things happen but this is no way to handle grieving clients.

February 16 · Linda KI work in a veterinary hospital and my own dog was having urinary issues that we were unable to resolve. I was terrified it was going to be cancer. I turned to ultrasound expecting to confirm my fears. I was unable to be present during the ultrasound due to being out of the hospital when the tech arrived. I was told not only did she suspect it was just inflammation but, when her scan was complete she gently kissed the top of my dogs head. She was correct and after a while of tx for thr proper issue my pet is finally improving. The small act of kissing my pet on the head was incredibly touching to not only me but my coworker assisting her. It shows the great compassion your employee has and I am so thankful for his care.
