★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When our beloved dog, Jax, suddenly went into heart failure, the team at this pet clinic was absolutely incredible. They took him in immediately and did everything they possibly could to make him comfortable. Their expertise and quick actions gave us a few more precious moments with him, and for that, we’ll be forever grateful. Unfortunately, despite their amazing efforts, Jax didn't make it. But even in our darkest moment, the compassion they showed was remarkable. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and never once made us feel rushed. A week later, we received a heartfelt sympathy card from the entire staff. This small, incredibly kind gesture meant the world to us and showed just how much they truly care about their patients and the people who love them. Losing a pet is never easy, but the compassionate care we received from this clinic made an unbearable situation a little more bearable. The team is not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate. We can't recommend them enough.
August 28 · Jennifer RodriguesI have brought my senior pittie here twice now for medical emergencies. I was seen right away this visit and had labs done and fluids running within an hour. While that is not always possible as critical cases come first, I appreciated how quickly things were progressed.I had Dr. Yerovi both times I was here and he is absolutely incredible. He really takes the time to find out what is going on with your pet and explains each step of the process to you. He checked on us multiple times to see how my dog was doing and to update me on new results. Not only did was my dog treated and feeling better quickly, but he gave me referrals for ongoing care. The vet techs were phenomenal and the sweetest people you could possibly have working in this type of environment. They were so kind to my dog and patient with his care/diagnostic testing. While I know working in an emergency vet, you are seeing unfortunate cases over long hours, I really appreciated everyone the staff showing up with a smile on their face and bringing kindness to every encounter.I would recommend VEG Union 1000x over to anybody in the area. You will be well taken care of and your pet is in the best hands. Cannot thank everyone enough for all that you do!
June 01 · Marissa CookThe team at VEG Union was absolutely phenomenal last night after our mischievous girl managed to swallow a needle and over a foot of thread in the minute we weren't looking! We were able to call ahead and check her in, so she was triaged immediately despite the team being very busy with multiple sick animals and a continuous stream of new patients coming in. Since she was stable, we understandably had to wait while the team took care of higher acuity patients, but they still were able to have her x-rayed and give us a plan within an hour of her swallowing the needle. Dr. Cabral kept us in the loop with the plan, gave us an estimate up front, and left us feeling very reassured while we waited for Stella to have her endoscopy. The technicians were wonderful and clearly work very well as a team! Special shout out to Gianna for being so informative before, during, and after the procedure so that we knew what to expect. We both work in human medicine, and some of the differences in how things are done for animals vs people definitely had us nervous, but the team had already earned our trust by that point so we were able to relax and know that they were taking great care of our girl! Once it was time for Stella's endoscopy, we really appreciated being allowed to be present and were super impressed by how quickly Dr. Cabral got the needle and thread out.As for cost, the bill definitely hurt to pay, but with emergency vet care late at night, we knew it would be high going in. The team was very upfront with cost and actually over-estimated the bill, so we ended up getting refunded a few hundred dollars. For the quality of care and the peace of mind, the cost was more than fair. Thank you so much VEG! And thank you to all of the staff whose names I did not catch. Y'all are amazing!
May 15 · MIRANDA HAWTHORNEBrought my 2 year old pup when we thought she had broken a bone. They ended up doing an exam and taking x-rays (no break thank goodness). The entire medical team was calm, patient, friendly, and caring. They were supportive to my fur baby’s needs and supportive to me as her concerned mom. I never felt rushed and I was asked multiple times if I had any concerns or questions.
July 31 · Christina FerrettiThis is the best VEG ever. My dog was attacked and had puncture wounds to her face and head. Immediately after arriving they took in my dog and started checking her vitals. They allowed me to stay with my dog for everything, she had to be put under sedation so she could get stitches and they allowed me to stay and be there with her for the whole entire procedure. My dog even woke up from the sedation during the procedure and they quickly were able to give her more medicine so they could continue to safely give her stitches. The whole entire staff was super kind and caring during the whole entire process. Shout out to VEG Union and the amazing staff who works here and thank you for taking care of my Reesey Poo.
