Located within the Petco store, this clinic offers a focused approach to veterinary care, specializing in essential services that help keep dogs and cats healthy and protected. Unlike a full-service animal hospital, Vetco’s model is designed for efficiency and affordability, making crucial wellness services more accessible to a broader range of pet owners. Their primary goal is to make routine checkups, vaccinations, and parasite prevention a simple and straightforward process, ensuring that pet health remains a top priority without the high costs often associated with a traditional veterinary visit. While the setting within a retail store may be different from a conventional clinic, the quality of care and attention to detail remain paramount. This model is particularly beneficial for pet parents who are proactive about their pet’s health but may not require the extensive services of a full-service hospital for routine needs. Vetco Vaccination Clinic serves as a vital part of the Glastonbury pet care landscape, filling a niche by providing essential, low-cost services that are critical for maintaining a pet's well-being. From puppy shots to senior dog vaccinations, the clinic is equipped to handle the preventative health requirements of pets at every stage of life.

The primary benefit is its focus on low-cost, preventative care, which makes essential health services like vaccinations and microchipping affordable and accessible. For those with multiple pets or a budget to manage, the lack of an exam fee for core services can lead to significant savings compared to a traditional full-service veterinary hospital. The clinic's commitment to a streamlined process, including the requirement for appointments, helps minimize wait times and provides a more predictable experience. While some customer experiences may reflect challenges with communication regarding clinic policies, the overall feedback often praises the efficiency and affordability of the services provided. One customer's positive experience highlights the welcoming staff and the efficient nature of the process, while another's concern about a specific policy illustrates the importance of reviewing clinic requirements, such as carrier use for cats, prior to arrival. Overall, Vetco Vaccination Clinic is a strong choice for pet owners who prioritize affordability and convenience for their pet's basic health maintenance. It is a no-frills, practical solution for ensuring your pet is up-to-date on its essential health needs, making it a valuable addition to the Glastonbury pet care community.

Vetco Vaccination Clinic Reviews
I came here to get my cat cosmic creepers vaccination, her rabies vaccination. I go in the staff at the store. The Glastonbury, Connecticut location are very welcoming. I go to the back where they tell me the VETCO Vaccine clinic is. When I get there, I'm being almost yelled at that. My cat is not in a carrier. Mind you my cat is never in a carrier when I take her out and about two pet stores or to the vet unless my infant daughter is with me. they say it's on their website where it says cats have to be in the carrier when I left the store with my car. I looked at the website. There is nothing near stating it as seen in the picture. I posted with this review. It's in the email in small letters on the bottom shame on you for yelling at somebody for something they didn't see that was written in small letters because after she got her rabies shot, I was gonna buy cat litter, cat food, cat toys, and cat treats, but did I know I left the store I will go buy all of that at PetSmart. I circled in the photo where it says in the small letters that cats must be in carriers and dogs must be on leashes. My cat was in a harness. She had a leash on, and I had a really strong grip on her. She had no interest in climbing out of my arms.
April 13 · Beth SExcellent service from vet & personnel to my girls always. Thanks keep up the good work.
July 22 · Mercedes RosadoMade an appointment here for kitten vaccinations. I scheduled a time online but when you get there it’s really first come, first serve. The person checking us in was super nice but pretty slow, and we ended up behind a line of people. My kittens were probably seen 45 min after the scheduled appointment time and they were freaked out the whole time because other people were waiting in line with their cats and dogs too. The actual vet who saw my cats was really nice and she seemed to know what she was doing. Her helper who held down my cats for their vaccinations seemed kind of rough with them and I didn’t know if that was normal or not, but I wasn’t a fan. I think they received a decent level of care and it’s definitely the best price out there for kitten vaccinations but it’s just not set up in an efficient manner and once I’m done with the round of vaccinations I paid for, I probably wouldn’t come back again because it seems really stressful for my cats.
November 12 · Rebecca Tsangaridesgreat experience. accommodated for my very anxious rescue Belgium Mal even tho she looked like a crazy dog with her muzzle on. Overall was able to get her shots done.
