★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They were wonderful and treated my dog with love! They were also able to get me in same day, which was important for many reasons but one of which being my dog is my service dog and I need her on a daily basis. The staff understood this and tended to her needs immediately. I have a German Shepherd and some vet clinics can be difficult but not woodland animal clinic, they were very patient, gentle and overall loving to Liberty. Thank you for treating my girl with such kindness!
May 09 · Mama BearMy 8-week-old kitten had her very first trip to the vet, and at first everything seemed sweet—the vet tech thought she was so adorable that she even carried her to the back to show the other staff. Without asking my permission, they gave her a treat, which ended up being a mistake because she’s still so little and doesn’t know any better. While trying to take the treat, she accidentally bit one of the girls, and instead of recognizing it was their fault for giving it to her without consent, they had to file a report with animal control. What should’ve been a simple, safe first vet visit turned into something stressful and unfair for both me and my kitten.
August 20 · Hannah AshleyVery nice people, I had to put my sweet boy down. They usually only do dogs and cats but they took my ferret. So nice and caring.
August 13 · sam VaudryOur reason for transferring here was to follow Dr. Brown (who by the way is AMAZING). Establishing with a new vet clinic can always be a little intimidating but not here. Every staff member we encountered during our visit was warm and welcoming. They were patient with questions and I never felt rushed. Most importantly at no time did anyone try to upsell services or products we didn’t need, which was really appreciated. Thanks for being amazing with our cat, Thomas Pickles!
December 31 · HeatherEveryone was wonderful as always!!! Nali also thanks you all for taking such good care of her wellbeing😍💜😘
