The clinic’s reputation is largely built on the strength of its caring and knowledgeable staff, a fact that is consistently highlighted in patient reviews. The experience of a customer who brought in their 16-year-old cat to see Dr. O’Dell for the first time is a powerful testament to this. The customer was immediately impressed by the short "wait time," but what truly resonated was the staff’s "kind, caring and gentle" demeanor. The review praises the clinic for providing "a treatment plan and honest answers...without the usual upsell that happens at most other offices." ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I brought my 16 y.o. cat in for the 1st time to see Dr. O’Dell. The wait time was under 5 min! Wow!! And the doctor and the techs were kind, caring and gentle. There was no push for expensive testing or bloodwork. My cat had a physical exam. A treatment plan and honest answers were provided without the usual upsell that happens at most other offices. I’m so grateful for the quality of care that my cat received!! Thank you so very much much 😊
August 27 · colleen begenMy family and I have been to this place many times this was because to see Dr. Linda Tintle this is because she is a well-known Shar Pei doctor. The people there are very nice, and gentle.
July 21 · JonathanDr Tintle is a sweetheart, she took excellent care of my SharPei Enzo. Her husband is also amazing, I couldn’t thank them enough for squeezing me in on such short notice. God bless them both.
March 08 · Bill CThis review is concerning the high vitality. I can't say anything about the veterinary service, but I do know the person answers the phone is is not very customer service person and if she was working for my business, I would definitely not have her answering phones. I've had my dog on the high vitality for a while now I have the Autoship where I get three bottles. I have more problems with their Autoship, I call them. They say oh the credit card needs to be updated. I update the credit card. They automatically ship me three more bottles. Next time I need three more bottles I don't get it. I call the same excuse. Now she's telling me that they accept the credit card, but the online service that is through them is not accepting the credit card(American Express ) Does this make any sense? Good luck people.
