August 25 · Michelle Belle (Bcreative4me)I made a grooming appt. For 8am this morning. The groomer never showed. I confirmed 2days ago and received a text this morning reminder of 8am appt. The manager said for some reason the appt had a line through it. I waited for 20mins. No show. I'm not happy.
August 29 · Martha PhippsI always find what my cats need. The personal are very attentive to please the guess and that’s very nice. I enjoy going to the store. Has a positive atmosphere.
August 09 · Monserrate AcostaCustomer service is terrible especially the vet area they refused to give my dog a bath because of her age and a fatty lump. Was nice till she seen my dog then she got really rude.
August 30 · Skyler SnedekerIt is crazy how rude can be some employees in this store. I was trying to ask some questions to an older bald guy who works here ( I even asked for his name and he ignored me) and he was rude and kind of aggressive. I hope he is not the manager. I won’t be back to this store and I don’t recommend anyone to come here. It’s sad because the store look really nice. And to be honest I felt like he didn’t want to talk to me due to my ethnicity.
