★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING PUPPIES FROM THIS STORE!!! I recently just brought home a new addition! The most playful and cutest Beagle if I do say so myself!!!! In fact I’m coming back to get another puppy tomorrow.!! Kaylee and Shannon (sorry if I misspelled you sweet lady’s names) were the nicest people I’ve come across in a while! They helped me with my adoption and stayed a hour after closing! I greatly appreciate their kindness ! All of the puppies were highly maintained and healthy with up to date shots and vet care paperwork. They gave great in depth detail about the care and diet of each puppy and even offered some personality traits! And even their new hire (which I didn’t catch her name) was super helpful and kind! The store is well maintained and always clean! P.S. the first picture is my new baby girl at home and the second is in the holding room with the puppy at the store. (They also provide financing so you can bring your new fur baby home!!)
January 18 · Mylia EngramStopped in because the new store caught my eye. Ended up staying and playing with puppies for about 45 minutes. While no kennel environment (shelter or pet store) is the best for a dog to be in, you can tell these folks did their best job to rotate the puppies out of the kennels and into large play areas with toys available. (At least 2-3 puppies were out playing at all times during my visit). They also had clean kennels without excess poo or pee. (I’ve seen a couple folks here scoff at the dog kennels lack of bedding… talk to dog trainers folks, blankets and toys inside kennels lead to choking deaths and intestinal blockages when that stuff is eaten). I also spoke to the owner for a period of time, he seemed to be truly caring of and knowledgeable about his puppies and their backgrounds, and the puppies come from local breeders, not puppy mills as other comments suggest. He was very hurt about the fact that his own personal, and his new stores, image had been twisted by angry reviewers who lacked the full story, and jumped to their own conclusions. This is all coming from someone with over 1000 hours of volunteer service at my local humane society. Down with unethical breeders and puppy stores (like uncle bills), but please, stop lumping ethical animal breeders and puppy stores into that same category based on no evidence.Bonus pics of a beautiful Cane Corso Male I spent some time with.
January 05 · Johnathan HobsonI initially tried to rescue a dog, but the cost was $400. I found puppy gram online and got a dog for $250 that had matted hair, lived in a tiny cage with nothing soft to sleep on—-so I really thought I was rescuing her—at 5 months old. I love her and I saved her and I cleaned her up and am giving her love and a comfortable home in which she thinks is her entire potty room. These people are in it to make tons of money, that’s all.
December 31 · Mrs. BeasonIf I could give this place (or employee, honestly) 0 stars I would. I decided to take my partner and his little brother here to look at puppies to potentially take home. I have been looking around for a pup for awhile now and believed you could ask to get a puppy out to play with to see if you will connect enough to bring home. We had been in the day before and it was a different worker, we unfortunately came too late in the day (they shut down puppy viewing an hour to close) so she told us to come in the next day. We do, and it is a different worker. Immediately felt judged the second I walked in the door. We were browsing and found the puppy we wanted to see yesterday, we asked to see it, and the one of the ladies with brown/dark hair (don't know her name) started complaining saying we could only get it out if we were 100% ready to purchase. I said we just wanted to look because I wasn't sure of the puppies personality, but I was serious about potentially purchasing if all went well. She said she can only get them out if we are 100% because they will have diarrhea. Meanwhile the older couple next to us had just gotten out their 3rd puppy of the visit. She also decided to make a snarky, attitude-filled comment on the price of the puppy, saying "Are you sure you can pay for that? He's expensive." Are you implying that I don't have enough money to pay for the puppy? Really? I'm pretty sure the only reason she acted like this and treated us unfairly was because we are young adults and had a child with us. If the puppies are having diarrhea every time you bring them out of their kennel...they are sick. Ironically enough, after this interaction I Googled other places to buy puppies, and ended up going to Uncle Bills down the road to purchase my new Pomeranian, Reggie! He is coming home Thursday and I couldn't be happier. Horrible customer service at Puppygram, go somewhere else to buy a puppy, find a breeder or adopt from a shelter.
March 24 · tobey jamesI do not like leaving bad Google reviews. In fact, I usually only leave a review if it is good. So, this is not done lightly and is left here only to protect others from going through what we are. Also, I did call the store to try to get assistance. The gal told me she wasn't a vet and didn't know the dog was so sick or contagious when they sold it to me. My vet says differently as the records Puppy Gram provided show the dog was treated for two contagious parasites - Giardia, which he still has, and one other that he currently does not.Considering the dog had extremely severe diarrhea the moment I brought him home and he'd been treated for it, I am finding it very hard to believe they didn't know that something was wrong with the dog. Also, in addition to Giardia, the puppy also has a contagious lung virus that he was not previously treated for and was not in his records.Bringing the puppy home with Giardia and the viral lung infection has caused our other two dogs to become sick. I have been sick with diarrhea, as well as Giardia is not only contagious to dogs, but also to humans. It is also very likely that every dog in the store has Giardia since it is highly contagious and since the puppies are put into the middle of the floor in a fenced area to play together. (Cute, I agree...but not wise when there's Giardia running through a facility.)The Giardia and lung infection have caused all our dogs to have diarrhea, vomiting, and fluid in their lungs. We've had to pay for two vet visits that included xrays for each of them. They are also now on 8 different medications each. So, not only are we having to give 24 doses of meds a day to the three dogs, but it will likely take months to clear the Giardia from our dogs, home, and yard. Here's how we are trying to clear it - We are scooping poop twice daily to prevent reinfection, washing their paws and butts when they come back in from outside, mopping the floor multiple times a day, washing their bedding and toys every day, and will be taking a torch to the grass as soon as the rain and snow stop to try to kill the Giardia rather than wait until summer. Yes, Giardia can live up to two months in the yard and will not die until it is dry and there are warm temperatures for some time (not likely until at least May). So, it is going to be here for months unless we use a torch to kill it.This has completely upended our lives as we spend hours and hours every day trying to protect them and ourselves. I had never heard of Giardia before we brought this puppy home. If I had, I would have thought long and hard about bringing another dog into our home...ever. I will never buy another puppy from Puppy Gram and I recommend you take a pass, as well.I'm furious, tired, and disgusted.Update: 5.20.2025I left this review four months ago and have yet to hear back from Puppy Gram. Aramis, the puppy we purchased, was diagnosed with Coccidia, as well as Giardia shortly after I left my review. Since we purchased him in December, he has had five rounds of meds but has yet to be cleared of the parasites. Since he is mostly asymptomatic (diarrhea returns periodically), we've chosen to stop treatment and hope he can one day clear them on his own.My sons can no longer bring their dogs over to play because our dogs are infected with Giardia and Coccidia. So, I don't see them as often anymore. It's been very sad and has isolated me from my family.Buyer beware. The puppy did not just cost the $1,000 we paid Puppy Gram, we have paid three or four times that in vet bills, cleaning supplies, and disinfecting equipment. It's also been hard on the human relationships. So, the cost has not just been monetary.
