★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is the worst place to take your pet. The old man and tech lady treated my cat really bad… he diagnosed my cat with urinary problem without touching him. He refused to treat my cat unless I paid him $1,500 dollars to start he said. I brought him in because that morning he vomited two times and he was a little down. I made an appt in this clinic for 4:45 later that day, but I noticed that he was back to normal, but I figured that it was good idea if the vet examined him. He’s completely fine. I wonder what would’ve happened to my cat if i decided to go along with that missed diagnosis from that vet.
June 19 · Edd SOur relationship with Dr. Saleh started smack in the middle of the pandemic when no vets were taking animals in or there was an enormous wait for vet care. My beloved cat Paul had swelling to his face. I was sure it was a bad tooth. We had just moved to West Haven from Greenwich. I called Vet after vet 2 weeks or more for an appointment. I called Angel vet and got Mrs. Saleh on the phone. Explained what was wrong started bawling convinced this was the end of our Paul. She made room for Paul THAT DAY! It turned out to be an inflamed scratch inside his mouth. A round of antibiotics and he was good to go.Some people in reviews have commented that Dr. Saleh does not have good bedside manner. This is not true. Dr. Saleh is straight and to the point. He will handle your fur baby with the confidence of an exceptionally experienced vet. What Dr. Saleh is not going to do is coddle you. He is there to cure and heal animals, not to provide a therapy session for pet owners.Dr. Saleh will then give you all the options to resolve your pets issues. He understands that some pet owners are budget conscious and works to accommodate that. He does not upsell services or promote product.Paul recently passed away. Dr. Saleh and his staff helped us through the process of taking care of Paul after he passed. I called several companies that handle this sort of thing and was quoted 800.00, 700.00..very expensive. Dr. Saleh got Paul taken care of for a fraction of that price.I cannot say or explain enough good things about this practice. My appreciation for Angel and all if it's staff is absolutely enormous.
September 07 · Kathy BrothertonRUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING!Requested records for my pet to be sent to another vet and they had to call twice to get them sent, they got yelled at by the veterinarian and over two hours after my pet was seen for an emergency, the records were still not sent!
June 14 · Anne CVet and staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They've taken care of my fur babies for some time now and each had serious health issues in their later yrs. I will be forever grateful to Dr Adel Saleh and staff for being so good to my babies and for extending the quality of life they lived for so long. Thank you all so much!!!!Amber, Dyna, Fred (dauchaunds)Sam, Lucy, Ollie, Tyson(ferrets)Barbara McGuinness
August 26 · Barbara McGuinnessI didn't have a good experience at all. I felt as if this place just wanted money. We brought our cat in with an eye infection, and we ended up leaving with a 200 dollar bill. We didn't even get any medicine or anything to help our cat. Really skecky place. On top of that, he wanted us to come back to do more testing.. Called a different vet and they knew immediately what was wrong with our baby and fixed the problem for us! We felt as if he knew exactly what was wrong with our cat. He just wanted to do a billion different test to get extra out of us, and that is just wrong. Plus, it's extremely dirty in there. Would never go back. I did like the vet tech a lot tho she was very nice and helpful. Other than that, it's not a good place, in my opinion.
