February 06 · Dolly JohnsonVery professional and so caring the attention to detail is superb. Have tried many other offices in the past 30 years none comes close to this place. So glad about this referral
August 09 · Gene KostIf I could give zero stars, I would. I am not one to post about poor experiences or use the internet as a sounding board but I do not recommend anyone takes their pet to this clinic. I scheduled an appointment for a neuter consult over the phone asking for a consult and a breakdown of pricing and after a thorough phone call I was told $350 for everything including a microchip. Imagine my shock when I walked out receiving a range quote of $400-616. On the phone I was initially told the visit for the consult would be $50 only and not just a deposit. I specifically asked on the phone. I ended walking out spending $131 *some flea and tick medicine was purchased as well*. The vet and vet tech recommended a new flea and tick medicine known as Bravecto. Nobody went over side effects or things to watch out for. My dog ended up having a severe allergic reaction. I called the vet asking what to do and the lady on the phone said “well you can bring him back to us or go to an emergency vet but it’s your choice” in the most monotone voice with no concern. I ended up going to an animal hospital near by because I wasn’t going to take him back there after these experiences. My dog was treated according and now unfortunately will suffer allergies because of the medicine given to him. His allergies are not the vet’s fault, but no side effects or long term symptoms were orally given to me during the appointment . They also tried to get me to go through another round of deworming even though my dog is a 9-month old dachshund who has been a healthy dog checked out by vets prior to this visit and had a few rounds of dewormer with all of his puppy visits. I felt “bait-and switched” when it came down to pricing and the lack of empathy from the front office when I called really confirmed me never going back. The vet did leave me a voicemail message asking how he was later in the day saying she’ll make note of his allergy and she wants to report his reactions to Bravecto. My dog has severe swelling on his face, a rash covered his body, experienced lethargy, and was foaming at the mouth. He will now have long term allergies and is losing most of the hair around his temple of his head and his neck. Overall the worst experience I’ve had with a vet’s office
April 23 · Sara WhiteGotta say it. My dogs like it here. Bring cash. It's cheaper. They'll help you figure out the best option for you, your pet, and your budget.
January 14 · Login PCThis place is amazing. The staff is phenomenal .. they work with me n my not so trained dog.. they let me go through the back if there's too many animals up front..they are so friendly, honest and to the point..I couldn't ask for a better service and staff..
