★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If I could I would leave zero stars, this place is so unorganized and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their fur babies here. I took my precious baby here looking for answers as to what was wrong with her as her health declined so quickly in a matter of a week. I basically gave the doctor his freaking diagnosis because he did nothing but touch and feel on my cat and when I brought up the thought that maybe she has FIP he just went along with this conclusion. I was told that I should do an X-Ray and run blood work to see what was really wrong with her and so I did, I paid almost $900 just for the X-ray and blood work alone and two medications (Vitamins & antibiotics) I was told that the results for the blood would take 3-5 days and I never got the results until almost 2 weeks later after my cat had already passed away. I don't feel like they took the right procedures to properly assist me and my poor cat. My cat was only 5 years old and when people ask what was wrong I have no freaking clue thanks to Morris Park Animal. I am down $900 dollars thanks to them and I lost my best friend. I am disgusted with this place and they shouldn't be in business. If they truly cared they could have recommened I go somewhere else that had the proper tools to diagnose my cat with whatever was wrong her. After everything all he had to say was "maybe" she had a tumor we dont know exactly what happened but it happens". Disgusting
June 14 · Aliyah EdwardsSince I had my puppies, animal Hospital of Morris Park help guide me through the whole process of caring for my fur babies. The front desk ladies are amazing, friendly an welcoming to any questions I had or if I needed advice on how to care for my puppies. The price is reasonable an when I go for appointment I don't stay for long so that's a plus also they work with your schedule if you are a busy person like i am.
May 14 · Claudia PrevileThe Morris Park Animal Hospital is one of the best vet clinics I have ever visited from front desk to back office support to the meeting with the Veterinarian. It’s all exceptional. They are very thorough with their description of what’s wrong with the animal as well as detailed with the type of prescriptions they may prescribe. Definitely not a rushed appointment. I would definitely recommend.
June 13 · V BatistaInitially went for a complete shave down for my very aggressive doggo. The veterinarian suggested more examinations because he was 7+ years old and his breed was half Yorkshire Terrier. It was implicated that he would have heart problems due to this and they provided informative videos on caring for senior dogs. I appreciate all their kindness and for bringing this to my attention. Although it costed a lot, I know that it’s for my dog’s wellbeing.
September 04 · Meridith AlmonteI brought my dog here and spent almost $500, and the very next day his condition got worse. His eye started to shut and change color, which had me extremely worried. When I called the clinic, the technician told me, “I don’t know what to tell you,” and just said to take him to a specialist — no real help, no urgency, no referral, nothing. That kind of response is honestly not okay. I trusted them with my dog’s health, and they couldn’t even offer guidance when things didn’t go as expected. I even shared a story about someone I know whose dog almost died after a mistake at this same clinic, and it still felt like they didn’t care.If you truly care about your pet, I would suggest going somewhere that actually follows up, takes responsibility, and treats you with compassion.
