★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I brought my dog here multiple times because he was having ongoing vomiting issues, and unfortunately, I had a pretty disappointing experience each visit. Every time, I saw a different vet who didn’t seem familiar with his history, even though this was a recurring problem we’d already been in for. No one really took the time to listen, ask deeper questions, or connect the dots —they just gave him a 3-month allergy shot over and over, without ever looking into what might actually be causing the symptoms. Not only was it frustrating to feel dismissed, but it was also really expensive each time, and I left feeling like nothing had been resolved.I understand that not every issue has an easy answer, but I at least expected consistency and a bit more care. I’ve since found a new vet who took my concerns seriously, and my dog is finally improving. I wish I had made the switch sooner.
June 14 · Lilit SWe just recently got a pug puppy and brought him in for a check up. Turned out he had the Parvo Virus. The entire staff were worried for him and immediately started treatment. They told us 50/50 chance of surviving it. He also had a parasite in his stomach. We are so blessed and thankful for the entire staff they gave us all the info on how to treat him at home. 2nd and 3rd day was really rough but after the 4th day we all saw improvement. We had to sirenge feed our puppy and sirenge water constantly. He is now a week through finding out and is recovering 100% and gaining weight.Thank you to the staff forever in debt.
December 28 · Jason AquinoPlease do not entrust your pet’s life to Dr. Youn. It’s taken me over a year to find the strength to write this, as I’m still grieving the loss of my beloved cat, Piper — a loss that I believe was entirely preventable.Dr. Youn misdiagnosed Piper’s kidney issues and prescribed a medication whose side effects ultimately led to her death. In August, he urged us to put her down — but thankfully, we didn’t listen. Despite his prognosis, Piper continued to live and fight until January. After seeking second opinions, multiple vets confirmed that it wasn’t her kidney condition that took her life — it was her reaction to the medication Dr. Youn had prescribed. One of the most baffling and disturbing moments was when Dr. Youn told us, “I usually only treat healthy animals.” You’re a veterinarian — what does that even mean?I’ve reported Dr. Youn to the veterinary board. And as I write this through tears, I can’t help but feel that if we had taken Piper to our current vet instead of Dr. Youn, she would still be with us today.
April 08 · Greg PfefferThere staff was very polite and helpful plus was able to get us same day appt for my sick fur-baby. The vet was very gentle in his exam and through in explaining what steps was neccessary at home to get my fur-baby better at home which is very important to me!!
January 21 · Michelle AmadorI have used this vet for my cat and they are her vet. Today I went in as she was ill. My father travels and always pays the bill. He offered to call in credit card or I could write check. They refused either and would not take care of my sick cat!!! The lack of caring about my cat that was already established with them and her records show he is one pays the bill shows they do not care about her health!! Very displeased and will never return
