Amazing and honest care! This place will get you in fast, give you an honest and accurate treatment plan and then several options for payment or referrals. Staff is always friendly, responsive and thorough! I opted to sign up for their membership that gives awesome discounts and VIP treatment for future visits and emergencies. Just started bringing my fur babies here and our experience has been wonderful. I’ve been trying to find a good vet that I could stick with on this side of town and I think I’ve found it! The warm aesthetic of the hospital makes it feel less sterile and “scary” for my pets and the staff was more than happy to give me a tour of the facility my first time there. I liked that my dog and I could walk to the back area together so I could put her at ease about being at the vet. She also got plenty of treats which was a big help. All the staff was very friendly and helpful to both of us. Dr. Deking sat right on the floor with my dog and was very thorough and gentle during all our examinations. She explained in detail what our options for treatment were and patiently answered all the questions I had. I left the appointment feeling like everyone genuinely cares versus just doing their job and sending us on our way. When my dog needed surgery, I received plenty of updates which put my mind at ease that she was in good hands. The prices for care were also better than what I’ve experienced at other hospitals. I’m very happy to have found Petfolk and would follow Dr. Deking anywhere!

I took my dog here for the first time yesterday as an emergency visit. The staff was so incredibly friendly, the doctor fully explained to me how to be a first time pug parent and what to do and not to do to avoid her getting sick in the future. He spent an hour with me and was in no rush or frustrated by my number of questions. He answered each one thoroughly. The nurses have continuously followed up to check on the health of my dog and she has been completely healthy since our visit yesterday! You have 24/7 access to a care team and very reasonable prices for the quality of service. I live 30 mins away but will never go to another vet again.
