June 18 · J StgoI am grateful for the care and extra time that we had with our adopted pup after she was left with us sick and abandoned. This is the only place that gave her the much needed surgery. However when it takes 3-4 weeks to receive a phone call that was requested multiple times to discuss alternative care it’s very frustrating. Especially after receiving reassurance that they would reach out and leaving voicemails and completing the online form. I did end up receiving a call the day she passed. I do appreciate the staff that waited an hour after closing that same day to assist us even though the driver bringing her got lost. I have not had any major issues before this and I just don’t understand why this happened.
August 23 · Marie De JesusThis place sucks in Worcester. It's a circus and a group of clowns work there. 4 days and they don't return phone calls and if their capable of doing so It's 2 months away before they'll book an appointment even if your animal shouldn't wait that long. Even an emergency they will not help out. Worcester sucks.
July 25 · Tedi AltifI adopted a cat from second chance shelter. The cat we adopted was sick. This clinic was very helpful and finally did everything they could to get her better at no charge to us.
August 13 · Jean BAllow me to explain something, finding a vet in your area is very difficult. When you find one, they know they are the only vet in the area so they will disrespect you on the phone, hang up on you , or ignore your call as a whole. We are often forced to tolerate lazy vets and vet techs who really don't care about your pet at all, we go to them in the hopes of at least being able to get our babies vaccinated. That is all we can hope for. I got my baby spayed and she has never been the same. She is now so reserved, she is very nauseous, she meows with no sound. I brought her back a few days after her surgery, the child on the phone hung up on me , she was rude. The entire experience was so sad and disappointing. They took her in for an appointment AFTER I KICKED AND SCREAMED. They prescribed her NOTHING for her nausea. They prescribed her gabapentin and medication to improve appetite. So sad. If you advocate for your pet be prepared for these vets to abuse them even further. Their is really nothing you can do. Just hope for proper vaccination.
