It's recommended to pull in carefully and be mindful of other cars, as this is a busy spot for a reason—many people choose to bring their pets here. The clinic also features a clean restroom for visitor convenience, which is a nice touch.

Their services are centered on providing thorough, professional care from routine visits to more complex medical needs.
Key services provided by The Pet Care Clinic include:
- Wellness and Preventative Care: This includes essential services like physical exams, core vaccinations (such as Distemper and Felv), and routine blood tests for early detection of potential issues. They also offer disease screenings and parasite tests to keep your pet protected.
- Surgical Procedures: The clinic performs various soft tissue surgeries, including spaying and neutering. They utilize anesthetic and surgical monitoring to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet throughout the procedure.
- Dental Health: Dental cleaning is a crucial service offered to maintain your pet’s oral health and prevent future complications.
- Diagnostic Services: The in-house diagnostic laboratory allows for fast and accurate results from blood work, urine samples, and other lab tests. These tools are vital for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions.
- Pain Management: The clinic is equipped to provide pain control and management through various medications and treatments, ensuring your pet is as comfortable as possible during recovery from medical procedures or injury.
- Other Medical Treatments: They offer a range of medical treatments including fluid therapy, oral medication, and blood transfusions when necessary.
The Pet Care Clinic's highlights are often a result of their commitment to compassionate care and their comprehensive offerings.
- Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff: According to some clients, the clinic is a nice, clean place with a friendly staff. Many pet owners appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the staff’s ability to handle their pets with care. One client noted that their dog, Thor, always seems to like the staff, which is a great sign.
- Comprehensive Care: The clinic’s focus on a wide range of services, from preventative measures to surgical procedures, means you can rely on one place for most of your pet’s health needs. The availability of diagnostic lab work on-site is a significant advantage.
- Focus on Patient Well-being: The clinic uses anesthetic monitors and surgical monitoring during procedures to prioritize your pet's safety. They also provide pain control and management, which shows a commitment to your pet’s comfort.
- Appointment-Based System: The clinic recommends appointments, which helps to minimize wait times and ensures that each pet receives the dedicated attention they deserve during their visit.
While some clients have had positive experiences with the clinic's care and staff, it is also important to consider all public feedback. One reviewer expressed concerns about communication and post-operative care, specifically for a spaying procedure. This individual noted a lack of communication, issues with the incision site, and dissatisfaction with the clinic's responses to their concerns. This feedback highlights the importance of clear communication with any veterinary provider, especially during and after a medical procedure. It is always wise to ask questions and confirm details about your pet’s care plan, recovery expectations, and post-operative instructions.
The Pet Care Clinic is open a few days a week, so it is crucial to check their hours before you need to go. If your pet has a medical emergency outside of their operating hours, you might have to seek help elsewhere, as one reviewer mentioned. It's always a good idea to have an emergency plan in place, which includes knowing where a 24/7 animal hospital is located.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nice clean place. Nice staff but not happy with the hours because there only open few days a week and I needed help with my Pup. Had to go elsewhere. I like it there though. Parking not great either. Be careful pulling in. Thanks Pet Care Clinic for looking out for me and Thor.▪︎Update: Always fun for Thor and me to visit. He was a nut as always. He seems to like the staff plenty! Thanks again!
May 21 · Christophe RobinsonI would not recommend anyone to this vets office. It seemed great at first, then I took my cat to get spayed. It has been nothing but issues. Her incision opened, I got her back in to be seen and it was glued shut again. While there, I was told it wasn’t their fault and they did nothing wrong. Granted my cat over grooms and was a contributing factor to this. BUT while there, I informed them that my cat could not use her back legs for HOURS after surgery. Again I was told it wasn’t their fault?? I told them I’d never seen a cat so out of it after getting spayed/neutered, that it was very concerning. Well it wasn’t their fault because they are so great at what they do and they are better than any vet in the area, according to them. My cat did not eat for 4 days after surgery. It gets better; I dropped my cat off at 8:30am. I did not receive a phone call or text the entire time. I even called to check on her and of course, no answer. Finally at 5pm, I decided to drive there and ask about my cat. Well they brought her right out. No information on how she did, what to expect, etc. Nothing. I decided to move on from this experience and not say anything else. Until tonight, I decided to check her incision site (has been healed up since everything) and there is a stitch just sticking out of her. I understand this is an underneath the skin stitch that is supposed to dissolve. Well a 2 inch stitch is now sticking out of her belly. Luckily she is back to herself and doing well again, but would 100% recommend never stepping foot in this office.
July 09 · Erica DalesandroNeeded to take my cat to an emergency vet. This was the closest place but it’s by appointments only. Would be nice if they stated that on their website instead of us driving all the way there.
July 13 · Mirella HaraydaThey take such excellent care of my animals! This clinic is the best in town. They’re fast, reliable, and caring towards your pets. They’re knowledgeable and affordable too. I’m so glad I found them.
July 26 · Katherine JimenezTook two cats in for shots and general exam. Both were in good health at the visit. Two days later both cats had an upper respiratory infection, and despite assurance from the vet tech that they check their messages when they're not open, when we called to ask for antibiotics, they never called us back. One of the cats was too old to fight the infection and died before we could get her to an emergency vet. Years ago, before changing locations and rotating support staff, they always called back whenever we called. Past several years we've had more luck reaching them in person than via phone. Losing my older cat to a preventable infection and not being able to get in touch with them to medicate it in time is my final straw. We are no longer clients. An otherwise healthy cat died seven days after a routine checkup.
