VCA Metro Cat Hospital Introduce

Their commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine ensures that your cat benefits from the best possible treatment options available.
The clinic’s reputation is built on a foundation of trust and positive client experiences. Pet owners consistently praise the staff for their professionalism and genuine care. One client noted that their cat, who has been visiting since it was a kitten, is always treated well. The clinic's practice of providing items with calming Feliway and their proactive communication via text or email after appointments demonstrates their dedication to both the pet’s comfort and the owner’s peace of mind. Another review highlights the high professional standards of the doctors and staff, stating that they make sure they understand the cat's health condition before providing the best medical options. This kind of feedback underscores the clinic's commitment to thorough, personalized care and transparent communication, which are key factors in building long-term relationships with clients and their beloved feline companions.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My cat has been going since he’s been a kitten. They always treat him well and provide clothes with feliway. When something’s wrong they get back to you via text or email. They even reach out after appointments where he was having an issue
July 19 · Gaby BrownExcellent Doctors, nurses and all stuff! They make sure what is going on with my cat health condition first, then gave me the best medical option. How they are working is totally high professional work! Thank you for taking care of my cat, Dr.Amelia! My cat is very happy now.
June 10 · Kayoko Matsumoto5 stars doesn't do this place enough justice... They deserve a 10 star review and a standing ovation. The staff at this location sets the bar for what animal hospitals should be. They are friendly, warm, welcoming and caring, to name just a few, to their patients. They acknowledge that their client is someone's family member and not just a means to extort your money. The staff practices fear-free, which means (from what they've explained) they won't put your furry feline best friend under unnecessary stress. They often plan ahead to let owner's know what they'll need before arriving at the door to ensure this. They also don't upsell you into things you don't need just to make a buck like other places. They get to the point of what needs to be done, so clients don't break the bank. The staff always makes themselves available for questions and can usually squeeze my emergencies into a reasonable time to come in. Give them a shot if you have a cat, you'll never want to go elsewhere.
August 30 · Oscar GuerreroWas recommended the VCA through some friends when adopting two rescue kittens. We had the most wonderful vet experience here! Excellent staff all around from front desk, to the veterinary assistants, veterinarians and veterinary technicians. Everyone was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable, patient and caring. Such a welcoming atmosphere and I felt my kittens were given such a thorough and comfortable examination. Everyone here cares about the work they do and it shows! Highly recommend the VCA Metro Cat Hospital in Brookline!
October 10 · SamanthaAbsolutely love this cat hospital. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer a texting service which is very convenient and they also have an app where you can message them. My cat Frank's last appointment was with Dr. Benison, who is wonderful. The front desk staff and all the techs are compassionate and caring and make you feel welcomed. My cat Frank had some bladder issues which caused her to have several vet appointments and labs last spring which was getting to be very expensive, as i did not have pet insurance. They offer CareClub (not an insurance) which covers unlimited exams, and annual vaccines (and more) for a monthly fee. Super helpful when you're in a pickle! I recommend this location to everyone I know who has a cat. Look into Careclub in addition to insurance if your pet requires frequent vet trips!
